The staff were very helpful and friendly it's was my first time here but not my last and the deal are amazing

Went in to grab tarps and zip ties to wrap a wind break on my chicken coop for the coming cold blast
Realized I also needed a shovel as mine had bit the dust in the clay this summer.
Walked up to the check out and the exchange went about as you would expect for someone buying tarps and a shovel.
Good prices and good staff with good sense of humor.

I called for assistance looking for a clearance item and although the store didn't have any left the person I spoke to offered to check all stores in the area for the item so I wouldn't have to spend time calling around. Excellent customer service experience.

Great products about extension cord and a something else there that goes with it and it works great they just need more people there to help that knows what that you can talk about stuff and ask questions so they don't have any experience I'm a woman and I needed someone to explain a few things to me and they couldn't has had to figure it out myself but it all worked out thank you

The bauer cordless saw with a 5 amp hour battery is amazing! I cut all in the pictures with ease and on one charge! I recommend also purchasing extra chain oil. Highly recommend this saw!

The 5 stars goes to Jeremy, I believe he was a supervisor, who went above and beyond to check on a product for me. I did not see an advertised product on the floor so I pulled it up online and he checked the SKU to see if it was in stock. He went to the back and found it for me. Thanks to Jeremy for putting in the effort to help customers find what they are looking for and making sure they get the product if they have it in stock. It was very much appreciated!

Decent quality tools for the diy type.
Some are truly lifetime warranted which makes them a decent value.
The staff knows where stuff is, if you don't.

I called in about a piano dolly and some moving blankets. The employee on the phone told me exactly where they were. I wish I would have got his name because he deserves five stars. This was awesome customer service. Something you just don't see too much of anymore. I rank these guys as five stars, and highly recommended

Had the Predator Ghost go kart engine reserved for me when I showed up. According to the maumee location it was 1 of 2 in the NW Ohio locations.

Thanks to the staff for setting it out, and working through the silly register issues.

I don't normally shop here, but the engine was what I needed, when I needed it, at a price I couldn't beat.
