Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We go here often. You must try the cranberry truffle smoothie. It's not usually on the menu but they will make it. It's our fave for a mellower flavor than my other fave, pom plunge. So good!

The smoothies were wonderful. The people were slightly rude, However it was extremely busy. We were very satisfied.

I work in this strip and come to Tropical smoothie probably a little too frequently for my lunches(as do all of my coworkers, it’s so close and easy). Times of day I come in bath, ways of a ordering vary too. I started ordering at the register, then switched to their app. If you like to order online at all I highly recommend the app very easy to use. This store has always had amazing customer service. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my order even when I put the order in while walking over, I come in 2 minutes later, they ask my name, and then quickly get my smoothie finished up. These workers work hard to make sure they are provided quick and efficient customer service, every time my experience is phenomenal no matter what I order. Tropical has definitely become my lunch safety food, and an overall amazing treat for the long, draining days. Whether you frequent Tropical smoothie, or this is your first time, this location is a great one to try out!

I went to this place in Michigan and their food is healthy and food and their smoothis are soon good. I found I out they had one in Toledo with the same smoothies and food. Love this place and highly recommend it

Always love a stop at Tropical Smoothie! All the girls working even being slammed with customers kept a smile and a good attitude! Not only that but they also continued to work at a quick and efficient pace and I was in and out on my lunch break in perfect time! Definitely recommend stopping in to grab a great meal and an absolutely to die for smoothie!

Huge fan of tropical smoothie cafe! Always a nice alternative to fast food that makes you feel good too.

Mady was very helpful and friendly, she let us know that 2oz if sugar is added to every smoothie, to some that is not a problem but to us it matters, we were very thankful for the info. Island green smoothie's are so yummy

Daughter and I go all the time, its her go to place and don't see that changing anytime soon.

I gave a shoutout to a couple employees at this location a while back, and I’m here to shout out another one, her name was Kate and she was very welcoming and friendly! We even shared some laughs! She made both of my smoothies and mine was amazing! The other smoothie was for a friend of mine and said that it was their new favorite smoothie!!! Kate is a keeper 🤩

Responding to one of the reviewers here named Ken C because I cannot respond to his review directly. What an entitled Karen. ThE EmPlOyEeS NeVeR sAy ThAnK you WhEn I Tip. Let me guess. He is probably a boomer who has never had to work a service job in his life and grew up during an era where inflation wasn't eating into his savings and he could afford housing on a single income. What do you expect Ken, for employees to worship the ground you walk on when you leave $2? They're already overwhelmed trying to handle multiple responsibilities all at once. Leave them alone. Whoever the owner is, please know that most of us love this place. I go here regularly. Smoothies are great, place is clean, food is good, and staff is courteous. Please do not feel like you have to force employees to cater to the massive egos of douchenozzles like Ken. Ken needs therapy not more catering.

Nice place to go grab a quick smoothie! They have sandwiches as well. I got the Detox smoothie & the price was good 👌🏾

Mmmmm the strawberry shortcake was amazing! I absolutely hate the smell when you walk in, but the smoothies are delicious.

Aesthetic interior, kind and swift staff and overall pleasant and non-crowded atmosphere. The smoothies are absolutely worth every penny, and their food is delicious as well. Just suited to a tongue that enjoys vegan/vegetarian food.

Honestly love this place. Always had good customer service and made my smoothies accordingly, I come here every other day. The short red head with glasses and freackles isnt all that pleasant. I Ordered a blueberry bliss and it tasted like water, I came back and was super polite and apologized for even complaining and asking for a new one. Second smoothie tasted just like the first and she was cocky when giving me the new one. I will never pay to have her make my food again. never had a problem with any of their other staff.

I was the only person in the store...I walked up and ordered and had my food and out the door within 5 minutes
