Saul was so kind and helpful. I got my car’s battery tested, he explained my options to replace the bad one, and he installed it for me. All within a few minutes!

Although the store is very near where I live it was my first visit inside. I was totally shocked at how big it was and all of these stocked items available. The staff were very nice and help me switch out something that I had ordered online but was not exactly what I wanted. Definitely plan on going there again.

I had the best service even though the store was busy. Three young men, helped me. I smiled all the way home. They deserve a pat on the back, honestly, the weather was horrible, many customers , they maintained polite attitudes. I'm 68 years old, nicest kids ever!

Not sure of the young man's name, my apologies, but he was amazing. He found the right word, put them on, and disposed of the trash. Suggested a great windshield wiper fluid, the headlights, among a few other things.

I went there Feb 4 2022, three of the nicest young gentlemen, while dealing with freezing cold and super busy, were kind, helpful, respectful, and one offered his elbow to walk me to my car, the other two replaced my windshield wipers. I'm 68... that touched my heart.

They are always fantastic at this location. I bought some windshield wiper fluid and wasn't 100% sure where it went (lol I'm definitely a girl) and he filled it for me and ran a check engine read for me and printed out the paperwork of what I need to buy and explained it all to me.

Probably one of the better parts stores I've ever been in Christy is very awesome she knows what she's doing and she knows what she talks about and I wish more places had people like her her personality she just you can't say no more about her she takes care of business she knows what you're talking about she knows what she's talking about I can't say nothing better about it she's just awesome the whole store they'll have a couple people there a little slow but you'll have that but I'm as far as personalities and that stuff for most part there they're all great

I bought a battery back in August. But again my vehicle would not start. I called AAA and had my jeep jumped. Then drove to the AutoZone on Alexis. I did not have my receipt . The very nice guy working found it and cam out and tested my charging system. He found out it was ahead battery. He then replaced it with another and tested again. All is working. He would not let me stand in the cold and had me stay inside while he worked. All said and done and with no cost to me. My experience today was wonderful. Thank you.

Went in to get a headlight bulb replaced, Robert was very helpful and installed it for me in no time at all. So grateful for his expertise!!

Had exactly what I needed reasonably priced, helpful staff will print out firing orders and belt routings if needed.

Customer service was awesome they went above and beyond to help me figure out the situation with my vehicle.

I went to AutoZone on Alexis Road towards Sylvania Ohio and the gentleman behind the counter basically did not want to help me figure out this problem I did not feel welcome at all and I felt helpless therefore I felt so grateful going to a different AutoZone.

AutoZone store number 1757 located at 2236 West Alexis Rd., Toledo, OH is awesome I recommend it highly!!!!

I was looking for unique exhaust pieces for our paving machine First went to O'Reilly on Alexis and Lewis no help at all told me to go to muffler shop, then went to AutoZone on laskey and Lewis again no help. Figured I would try again at AutoZone on Alexis and Douglas. To my surprise, they were extremely helpful I have a broken wrist Kimmie there cleared a spot off on the counter for me to peice together the entire exhaust system I needed, and even carried the parts out to my truck. Was just amazing customer service at that location. Thanks Kimmie

I bought bulbs there for both the head lights and the brake lights and the young man put them in for free!! He said that they do that, also. Before putting in the brake light bulbs, he checked the fuse to make sure that it wasn't a fuse problem.

I'm thrilled through this time of a pandemic where things are at a stand still, a necessity like Autozone remains open to help keep our vehicles in motion. Which doesn't seem to defer employees at these locations to help a customer in need... It just feels wrong that half of America is unemployed, with major financial compensation, while members of the essential job community have to work with no additional compensation, meanwhile having to be potentially exposed to the virus. I think they deserve SOMETHING. Thanks Autozone.

George was Awesome! He put in my air filter. I thought when I had my oil changed they did it automatically but they didn't. I learned a lot.

Went there with a headlight out .The girls at the counter were very helpful.Frank Duffy replaced it for us!!Awesome service!!We were out of there within minutes!!! Frank is the BEST!!!

Autozone at Alexis near Douglas is a great store. They have parts in stock more than the other stores and the staff is 2nd to none!

These people are always so helpful when i go in. I will drive across town to go here.
