Verizon

Ordered a new phone and case over the phone with Verizon and stopped here to pick it up. Thankfully, they noticed I had ordered the wrong case and helped me get the correct one. Then, when I had a hell of a time switching and activating my new phone because of issues that arose from the phone order, they helped me get everything fixed and set up. Thank you guys for all the help.

Austin and Jerrod were great to work with today. My mom had a very complicated problem and Jerrod worked tirelessly to get everything resolved. Restored our trust in Verizon after a bad experience elsewhere! Will absolutely go back to this store from now on.

I’ve been to this Verizon a plethora of times and feel like the managers Jerod Jason Micah and Chris all do a fantastic job. The employees are all wonderful.

Linda and Jarrod provided great customer service, and were able to resolve a tricky technical issue that Verizon's tech support hadn't been able to solve. They were friendly, patient, and helpful, even staying late to make sure everything was working on my account and my mother-in-laws new phone was activated and working correctly.

The gentleman that waited on us was great, although I don't like their prices.

Anthony (dude with beard and tattoos) provided the best customer service I've ever received. I came in upset about data gift charges. He assured me he was on my side and he even got me into an unlimited plan that is saving me money from my previous plan. This is the type of customer service that keeps customers loyal. I apologize to Anthony for my tone when I walked into your store.

Took a little while, but that’s expected. They’re going as fast as they can so give them a break lol - IAN was awesome and helped us cut down on our bill and trade in old phones for new ones with rebates on top. He was professional and helped us out big time.

Everyone here was friendly n nice. Thought i was going to have to buy a new phone but was notified to use my insurance that i pay for and make a claim🤦🏾‍♀🤦🏾‍♀. The gentleman walked me thru the whole process n i got a phone the same day to my house instead of waiting 2 days by mail. When I came back the next day to get a screen protector another gentleman was very helpful even though vzw didn't have wat i wanted and the gentleman that helped me the day before came n spoke to me to make sure everything was taken care of from the day before. Great customer care.

Stopped in around 5PM today hoping for a fast fix. Was greeted by Julius, was extremely helpful, very kind, showed me what to do next time. So glad he was there to help me. Thanks Julius.

Signed in, helped within 10 minutes, advisor knew all about issue, and had us fixed and out the door quickly.....

I always feel like Verizon gets a bad rap. My husband and I have been with Verizon since we've had phones, and we've never had issues. I went to Monroe Street store this morn and was treated wonderfully by Victoria. She helped me with issue with my phone right away, and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Thanks for always giving great service.

I came in with a bit of Christmas phone emergency 🤦‍♀ They were pretty busy, I’m sure it had been a long day of people coming in with phone Christmas emergencies. I was waited on by Dominic, who was so patient and eager to help us. When he reached a point in the transaction we were struggling with, he flagged Victoria for us ( AKA The Ninja). Victoria knew exactly what to do to save the Christmas mission! Kudos to the whole team, really, because they were all doing everything they could to keep things flowing… but especially to Dominic and Victoria 💕 This Verizon store is top notch.

I dropped my phone that was cracked a few days ago in water. Today the new iPhone came out and I went to purchase it from this location while out of town. Eduardo helped me out and was absolutely wonderful, even with technical issues, he made the experience of purchasing a new phone, easy. Also the manager was very helpful, though I do not remember his name! Thank you so much to the wonderful employees at Verizon for their help today!!

Stopped in to get my phone activated and number ported over since other store screwed me over. The rep here Austin really had to dig into the case and get this solved. Highly recommend seeing him if you want someone who cares and will take their time with you. Thank you Austin!

Anthony in customer service is outstanding! Very knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible. He helped our daughter with a new sim card and set up for her new phone. Thanks Anthony!

Salesman Jason Clisby and Manager Jerrod went above and beyond for me on May 6, 2021 as I was changing carriers, buying a MUCH upgraded iPhone (from 5 to 12 mini!), and going from a separate account to being added to a new plan with my daughter! They stayed 50 MINUTES past closing to help me get my new phone looking just like my old one and until I was comfortable. (As a senior, I especially appreciate this.) If you need Verizon, use this store! For sure!

Great service, friendly staff. There was a bit of a wait because they were so busy, but it was only about 15 or 20 minutes max. Ask for Derek. He will take care of you.

For the last week, I have talked to numerous associates on the Corporate help line- they were all clueless. I decided to try going through a store, and spoke with Kim. She was knowledgeable and friendly, and actually took care of my issue. She fixed something that was still a problem after more than 10 hours on the phone with Verizon!! I'm glad I called this store!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, helpful. Making sure you understand everything before you leave. I would have rather they transferred the information from my old phone to my new phone though, the number I had to call, and follow the customer service representatives instructions was confusing at times
