This place has a great selection. The food is always fresh. I really like the lanjagers. They are like homemade Jerky links. They are almost like a meal in themselves. They have a lot of spices and you can get regular, spicy, or extra spicy. The staff is very friendly.

House of Meats located at 3821 W Alexis Rd Toledo, Ohio has the best service! I asked for Swedish meatballs, and they did not have any left. The gentleman took the time to make more. Fantastic customer service! Everyone there is so sweet and greets you with a smile when you walk in! Thank you!

Freshest meats least fats on your meats and the nicest employees... oh and my son says they have the best chocolate milk since its Tofts!!! I bought 4 of their half gallons and everyone kept asking if I was thirsty...lol... nope... just my son thinking it's the best chocolate milk since sliced bread! And a nice gentleman carries all my milk and meat to my car for me.. how sweet was that!!!

First time there, got a lot of meat and can't wait to cook it up!

Needed a fresh ham for new years day dinner. I called them in the beginning of the week and they took my name and number and on new years eve they came through and we picked up the best fresh ham we have ever had! Almost 25 pounds!! Their Customer Service is top notch! Will definitely buy from them again!

What a great selection of meats. I picked up some huge porterhouse steaks, and some really good sized boneless porkchop (which were on sale for 99 cents each). The service was very fast, and the Employees were very friendly. I had never been to Lee Williams before, and I was surprised by everything that they had there. I'll definitely stop going to chain grocery stores for meat. From now on, I'll be heading to House Of Meats. Can't wait to come back here.

This was my grandmother’s go-to market for meats! I have such fun memories of shopping there with her and getting a bag chocolate chip cookies at the end of our shopping experience. Great selection, knowledgeable staff and great to always support a local business!

LOVE House of Meats! The employees were great. It was recommended to me, and I was unsure what to get. The employees were helpful in helping me decide. Prices lower than my local grocery store and it was 90/10 burger, my local store was $1 more a pound for 80/20. Can't go wrong there.

The employee helping me offered to package each pound separate, which was even more helpful! We'll make the trip back for sure.

Nice change from corporate & franchise grocery stores. Sense of nostalgia upon walking in. Love their selection. Great vendor for locally made products that you cant find anywhere else.

I've never been to a butcher shop before, and let me tell you this place is great. Lovely old timey feeling, the employees are upbeat and helpful. And I refuse to buy meat from my local Kroger now. It's such a significant amount better quality for pretty much the same price (maybe a little more by like 10 cents). But it's worth it.

Like the cuts of meat and the service there. Specials are nice and seems to be on the everyday items which is nice. They get you in and out in a timely manner as well. Love going and getting the family size baby back ribs when they are on sale. When you do get something they usually have a little receipe on there to help you make that item.if needed

Only place to go for good meat and you can get service fast. Very polite sales people. I was brought up going to their meat mkt. in Point Place and my Dad was very particular about buying good grade of meats. I believe it was "Smitty's Meats" way back in the 50's,60's? I go to the K&J on Alexis.
