Love my pharmacy!!!!! It was basically 4 mins before closing an the pharmacist still greeted me like I was the last customer before lunch. Contagious smile, great attitude, friendly, helpful and just truly kind. It made my evening. Normally when you go in anywhere close to close you get the ughhhhh an the slouched posture an the look of just....."do I have to" 😂 not at rite aid on Waterloo and it was very refreshing. Thank you staff. An it's not just the pharmacy it's the whole team. All around truly caring an helpful. The two attendees at the register had the same amazing attitude. All smiles. Thank you!!!!

Everyone has always gone out of their way to be exceptionally kind and helpful, both in the store and pharmacy. This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I don’t understand how it has any negative reviews!

We all know how hard it is to get good customer service these days instead of an automated system. The employees at this Rite Aid are incredibly amazing, they went above and beyond to help me today and I am so grateful for good training and fantastic customer service. Very happy with everyone at that pharmacy many times it's been about 10 minutes and my order is ready. Really appreciate the fast time with scripts . You put many pharmacies to shame with your quick work. Friendly people

I went there for my Covid booster. ( made my appointment online ) the pharmacy is always busy. But they were courteous and got to me when they could. It wasn't a long wait

Talked to few places about the Covid Vaccine & rite aid off Waterloo rd in Akron,oh is the only place that really explained the differences in brands. The gentleman was very knowledgeable & beyond patient. When went to get shot, the ladies where still very helpful & more than willing to answer ANY questions.thank u for easing my discomfort & answering all my questions without getting annoyed.

The staff is always kind and courteous, prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be.

This Rite Aid I enjoy going to I especially like thier cosmedic department they have a wide
variety of cosmedicts...good sales and good customer service..
