I was very impressed with Ms. Therese. She handled the store on her own the entire day. When I arrive that morning, there were easily 8 people waiting in line to be helped. I was 2nd in line, only to discover that my name wasn’t on the account I share with my husband, and because my phone’s issue was the SIM card, I couldn’t get onto the app to update the account with my name. Ms. Therese was apologetic and offered a few solutions but I chose to leave and come back later when I could access my account. That evening after work, I returned with my husband to get our account updated with my name. Not only did Ms. Therese recognize me, but she also remembered the specific issue going on with my phone. She helped get my name onto our account and replaced my SIM card, all while also helping another woman with 2 phones and a watch. Every time I went to the store, there were people in line, so I can assume that she was busy all day. She still provided exemplary customer service, despite being short handed. Because of her, this will be my go-to location for any needs I have with Verizon.

Great customer service yesterday. Antonio Walker walked me through some things I needed done on my iPhone and my jet pack. I enjoyed having his help and knowledge to show me the things I needed to learn. He is an asset to your store!

Went in for an upgrade. Was met with Ms. Theresa and she did an amazing job answering any questions that I had and setting up my new device without a hitch. Total time to upgrade and set up was probably less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

I was at the Hermitage,TN Verizon at 5036 Old Hickory Blvd today. The guy who waited on me was Nate and I was very pleased with how he took care of all my needs. I was there until after dark and I asked him if he would watch me to my truck from the doorway as I'm 73. He did better than that,he walked me to my SUV. I was very observant about him at his store and saw how he helped his co-workers in a very patient and nice manner. He answered all my questions and is a very respectful person!!! It was really busy there too.
If I was a mystery shopper I would give him high scores on all points. A++++.

Had an excellent visit today. We bought 2 new phones and Therese was excellent! She was knowledgeable and patient. She was very busy but kept everyone happy. This will be our new location!

I went in to this location today to inquire if I was able to upgrade. I had Aaron help me, and he was beyond helpful and friendly!!! He gave me an amazing bundle deal and installed my screen protector for me as well. He was very informative when I asked about the differences in the models of iPhone. All around impressed! Great work, Aaron.

The lady that helped me setup my phone's account today also manged to simultaneously help an older couple through customer support. Very impressed. Cool, calm, relaxed, knew what she was doing.

Therese is the best! She makes it so easy to upgrade phones and transfer all data. She is very knowledgable on the products and what works with your lifestyle. She explains the billing and does her best to make sure you are getting the best product(s) and plan(s) wo over spending. I use her for all my cell phone purchases.
