Five Below

This store REALLY makes my heart smile. I don’t know what it is about the U.S. but the cost of EVERYTHING is unaffordable if you aren’t wealthy, so I find myself prioritizing A LOT. As a single mom this store was just what my children & I needed for “family game night” we purchased 3 games that would have been the equivalent to one game @ any other store AND the games were actually fun🤩.

A popular shopping location in Chicago's Loop neighborhood, products tend to sell out here regularly. That aside, as five below goes, this one is my favorite. The staff are very knowledgeable of their frequently changing stock. They are very helpful and make ya feel welcome.

My latest shopping experience was an online order for in-store pickup. For some reason my order didn't show up on my account nor did I get the email confirmations that usually happen. I called the store and the lady that answered the phone was very kind and was able to find my order was ready very quickly.

When I arrived for pick up, my order was terrified quickly. I didn't check it then, but proceeded to look about the store. The item I was looking for was sold out, but I also realized my order was missing an item.

I returned to customer service near the entrance and a team member there personally escorted me to the missing item and made sure my order was whole, and he made conversation like I was shopping with a friend vs a random store employee, which was definitely a pleasant experience.

Do be patient during busy check out times. The line can get long. It's all self-checkout, as it is with every five below I have ever visited. But being in downtown Chicago, this is the nature of the beast. Tuesday nights are pretty chill though. But Saturday any time is usually slammed, for example.

Very nice! Do you have everything you need within the five range? Some are a little higher but that's okay. You're still cheap so I like that great service! I forgot the lady's name but she helped out so check out simple and easy to use. Plus it's an escalator so two floors are awesome. 10 out of 10

Awesome two-level store in downtown Chicago. If you’re traveling and stay in downtown Chicago in the Millennium Park area and forgot to bring something, try here first. Snacks, drinks, health/beauty, books games, charging cables, and much more.

Surprisingly cute/cool licensed Disney, Sanrio and Japanese toys can be found here. And ofc very affordable!

Store is amazing and very nicely laid out utilizing both floors very effectively. A great addition to the loop.

Lots of stuff that you can use as souvenier or kids toys. Bought a gudetama mug there for like 5 bucks... love it!

They have lots of great items for $9.00 and Below.

My first time shopping at that location I had a blast. I love the store so much the staff is so nice and helpful great customer service. Everything is organized neatly they have more options then any other five below store I’ve been to. I love the location and that the store is very neat and clean. If I could rate it 1,000 stars I would. I was able to find, and put together some cute outfits there for the summer. All the workers are polite and kind, and they will help you with anything even if they’re doing there job they will stop and assist you. I 🙏🏾 This location stays around forever. I will be shopping at this location for now on.

I really like this place. Perfect for little "knit knacks." Friendly staff too.

I gotta say for someone who works at five below I had to visit this store while visiting Chicago, really neat and nice store loved it!!

The workers very helpful. I also love it because it has 2 floors. The elevator was spacious. I just love this store!!!

Five below is a reasonable store that you do save cash. I will recommend this door to my friends and neighbors.

Right when you walk in the door the staff welcomes you. They have tons of fun stuff for adults and children. They also sold Sprite Zero
