Took a bit longer to get the part, but the old guy in here was incredibly nice and obliging.

Had a near catastrophic incident on 364 approaching Jungermann and just jumped off the highway and into their lot...thank goodness. Dave helped me diagnose the issue, and then after realizing they didn't have what I needed in stock, suggested I try a competitor right across the street. Top notch service despite not even buying anything.

My time spent at this location is very limited (I usually go to ones closer to home, but they sold out of my needed part). However, I picked up here and the worker was very nice and quick to help me. Place was very clean and there also was filled hand sanitizer available. Parking is plentiful and the lot was easy to get into. However, a sign toward an exit would be great.

I bought a simple Bulb, drive side of my wife's 2007 Honda. The bulb crashed between 5-6 month's later! They replaced it no questions asked!!! We looked at reasons why it did. I was asked to bring it back if it didn't work this time!! I was in awe...I totally expected to pay for my new bulb. This gentelmen replaced my wife's bulb...and when I asked what do I owe you? His words were........."let me know if it works if not I'll help you find the problem " ***Update*** Still the best Auto part store around. Bought a Car battery less than 2 years ago and it ended up with a dead cell. Replaced it for the core charge. Customer service was excellent as always.

I came to St. Peters, MO to visit my daughter on Christmas Eve. When I arrived at her house she told me that something serious was leaking under my car. I realized that it was my oil and I planned to go home Christmas Day. She took a picture of my oil pan and we could see that a bolt seemed to be missing. We went to Auto Zone and was told to call a tow truck. So we went to Napa and Dave Johnson looked at the picture, collected the parts and told us what to do. It worked!! My car is fixed. I recommend this store for anyone with car trouble.

Staff went out of their way to look in the computer and find a specific part I was looking for I don't know of any other parts store that would go above and beyond like that
