I must say this was absolutely the best experience I have had shopping in a long while! From the moment I walked in the door Katie, was extremely helpful! Not only was she extremely acknowledgeable with the inventory they had, but quick! When she found they did not have what I needed, she on her own accord, checked with her other store in Summerville to see if they had what I needed. She gave us the option to have them hold the boots and pick them up or we could have it delivered to our home. We chose to go pick them up so she called back and was able to put that on hold for us. The store was clean and Chelsea and Dana were also greeting with smiles and willing to help. Absolutely hands done the best customer service I have ever had! I will be back and will suggest this store to all! Thank you Katie!!

Brittany and Chelsea helped me find some pants and shoes. They even went so far as to call the other stores to find my size in pants. They got them special ordered for me!! I'm grateful for them!!

Katie at the rivers ave branch is awesome. Was able to find a boot that actually fits my really weird foot size.

The customer service that I received from Katie and Chelsea at the North Charleston store was awesome! The selection was huge. They took their time to make sure that I got what I needed.

Katie went above and beyond to help my husband find the shoes he was looking for. She was looking up specific information about the shoes and calling other stores to find his size. He was very happy with his experience at Bootjack.

I dont go to bootjack a lot but i went today with my brother and Katie was very helpful and sweet, and so so so welcoming as soon as we walked in and didn’t make me feel judged at all. I absolutely will be coming back another time she gave excellent customer service and super kind in general!

I've been shopping at this location for almost a year now, ever since I got a new job (🙏🏿 Thank God). From that day and til this day I've always liked shopping here. The ladies there treat everyone nice and they are very respectful. I get greeted by every employee and asked if there is anything I'm looking for in particular. It's so difficult to get this kind of customer service here in North Charleston but this place never fails. I love shopping here for for my work pants. Excellent staff on hand to help you find your perfect foot wear. I have bought two different brands of Timberland work boats in over 2 years now and have found excellent comfort and wear in both. And always have found my size for me also. I will be shopping here from now on!

This store is amazing! Lots of boots and clothes to choose from, very friendly and helpful employees, amazing customer service.
