Kohl's

The store is very clean and organized. Check out was a breeze. There were only two people in line even during the holiday season. They had all their registers open for our convenience. Love the associates that work there. They are all friendly and helpful.

Store is always pleasant to shop at. The employees are always friendly and polite. The sizes are almost always in stock. Love the coupons, rewards and deals you get. One of my most favorite stores to shop.

I love Kohl's but when we went my grandson needed a suit and the woman that helped didn't work the section and we ended up with a suit that is to small and probably will not be able to wear again. We spent $179. That upsets me!!!!

The Salisbury store might be a smaller version than you would find in a larger city but it has the same variety of products! The store is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly and professional!

I had not been to this store for a long time and it was a nice experience to go back. Store was clean and not busy at the time I was there.

I love shopping at kohl's Just didn't have a good experience in this shoes department. But other than that I love I shopping tbere and i will continue to go to Kohl's.

I originally went to return an amazon order. I noticed an item on sale n I had a 20% coupon. I asked Kim about calling dor assistance to get the items I wanted, as it was a bit oversized. She herself came to help me get the items loaded onto a rolling cart, take them to the front of the store n then even proceeded to check me out herself. She then also helped me take the items to my car n get them loaded. She definitely was a 5 Star employee.

Employees was willing to help and at checkout line went fast. Jamie at checkout was very polite keep up the good work. I felt like I was a valued customer.

I had an Amazon return. It's so convenient! I received a $5 off purchase coupon and had a 30% coupon. I bought a travel bag, sandals, bathroom rug, and 2 necklaces for $85. The cashier was very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

I only go to Kohl's two or three times a year, but every time I have a problem, which isn't often, they do their best to help me figure it out and normally it does get figured out. Everyone's always very nice and patient. I would definitely recommend this Kohl's.

I went in aroumd 7:30pm to look for a 14kt gold necklace and when I approached the counter nobody was there. But, the lady at the register was quick to ask if I needed help amd I said yes I do. So another lady came over to help me and she was absolutely amazing! She doesn't normally work back there but, she was quick to assist in helping me find the perfect necklace and was absolutely wonderful & very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this location their always on top of their game and provide excellent customer service. I will definitely be back!

My wife did an Amazon return. It was quick. No waiting on line. The store was slow with almost no customers.

Love this place, except the way they have the returns spot for Amazon. It's in a corner where you return Kohl's merchandise and you don't know it's there because there's no sign that says Amazon returns.. now this is the one in Salisbury we never saw one up here in Monroe or Concord I had an Amazon return spot but other than that it's always clean the people are polite and the prices are outrageously great thank you Kohl's

Great customer service, no line.

The store was clean and orangized. I was able to look without clothes falling off the racks. The dressing room was also cleaned.
