I came to Queens when they were about to close they didn’t have to stay open and wait on me but they did. I had a late client and needed some last minute items and they were conveniently open.. then on the top of all of that he gave me a great deal … they are for the culture not trying to rip you off. This is my #1 beauty supply.

I had such an amazing experience! Customer service was great and cashiers were helpful and kind. Very vast selection to choose from and the story is organized well so that everything is easy to find.

Max was closing at 10pm. it was 9:55. He was very generous in staying open until we reached his store destination. We were able to buy the merchandise we needed for an 8:00am appointment! I really appreciate Maz taking time out to wait for us. He was very professional, friendly, and assisted us in locating the products we were lookiing for.
