Alex was extremely patient with us. He has a full knowledge of all of his products and was honest about the quality of their products. We are very happy with our purchase. We purchased a bed here 11 years ago and will come back for future purchase. I recommend you checking out this store. When buying a bed never be in a hurry.

Shopped several stores large and small, and had the best experience here in town at The Sleep Shoppe. Visited this store 3 times before pulling the trigger (lol), and never once was made to feel bad about it. Richard provided excellent customer service each visit and was so patient and knowledgeable, allowing for a truly informed decision. Got a great deal, too! Thanks!!:)

Very helpful and informative on all mattresses they carry. I took my time laying on different mattresses. My first visit I told them I was going to go out and compare; they did not pressure me to stay. I came back and they gave me the same deal I'd get elsewhere. I purchased a queen Tempur-Pedic with an adjustable bed frame. Every night when I go to bed I say to myself "I love my bed." Timely delivery and set up. Thanks guys! :)

Willing to work with you. Friendly staff (not pushy), willing to go out of their way to help you find what you need. This location is the smallest of their stores so they have more available then what is displayed at this store. Always make sure to ask them if you don't see what you want. Worked for me! So happy I asked, otherwise I would have missed out on a great deal.

Friendly, local mattress and sleep products shop in Simi Valley. Sparkling clean, with individual bed protectors offered and required for any customer who demos any mattress.

Very disappointed. Upon arrival to the store their open sign was lit up, but their closed sign was on the door. Talk about confusing. When I entered the store I was greeted by a female sitting at the desk NOT wearing a mask, but she did immediately put it on when I entered. I told her I was looking for a Queen mattress. She took me to 3 beds all of which averaged $2k, then she took me to a floor mattress she could give me a “deal” on, but then stuttered all around the questions I asked about Covid and disinfection. I had to take a phone call so walked out for a few minutes. She knew I’d be right back in, but when I walked back in she was again not wearing a mask. It is mandated in Ventura county that in public areas indoors you wear a mask. I turned and walked out. I work in the medical field and find this incredibly reckless. This store lost a possible sale due to that female employees failure to follow county mandates and to just act logically when there is a customer nearby.
