Great local R/C shop! Don is always very helpful. We have bought a couple of R/C cars from Race Prep. The first time was for my son's 9th birthday, and when Don thought the shipment wasn't going to make it on time, he drove out to another shop and made sure my son was able to receive his R/C car on his birthday. My son is always breaking parts on his car and Don is always very helpful in showing him what parts he needs and how to fix it himself. We highly recommend Race Prep!

Found this great hobbies shop when I was looking for an RC car for my son. Met Don, owner, and he was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to recommend a great first car for my son and he loves it. My daughter pretty much took my RC car and Don helped her customize it to make it her own. Their prices are great and customer service is even better. Thank you!

Great shop! I've been out of the rc game for quite some time. Walked in there just to check it out and now I'm hooked again! Would love to race again and the owner Don is super helpful. He brings me back I up to speed and keeps me informed on the newly changing hobby. I love how honest and humble they are there. They are not the type of people who will push you into a sale. They will tell you when your wasting you money. They always make sure your happy with your purchase. The prices are a few dollars more than online but you end up saving with the cost of shipping. I love supporting local businesses and if he doesn't have a part in Stock he gladly orders it for me. I come in now at least once a week and love spending my money there. Just hope one day a track could be possible.

I've been a customer for theirs for years with buying stuff for the company I worked for and things for myself. I wish I had more money to spend on the fun stuff they've got.

W O W ! ! ! Anything & Everything you need is here. Pricing is AMAZING as well as the service. I spent over an hour talking to Don. He didnt take any advantage and directed me the correct way. They have cars you can test drive before you make your purchase and he even does upgrades and repairs in house. Will be a repeat customer for sure

I started with r.c. helicopters etc.
Recently i bought 2 wheel drive slash, stock RTR. With his help & experience i have upgraded my chassis, motor kit to brushless and several different gear ratios
Now I'm hooked, my truck halls ass. it's unbelievable. Thanks Don.

Yes, you can find almost everything online now days; you are not going to find people from your local community standing behind the counter with great advice on what products to choose and why...I appreciate their respect and understanding that enthusiasts come in many different skill levels and that not one product fits all customers.

Best place for all my RC cars, helis, and planes!!! Their newest location is amazing! They also fix your RC's and have many accessories for traxxas, team associated etc. The staff is freaking awesome and super helpful. This is MY one stop shop for all my RC needs.
