Our Sales person Malia was a breath of fresh air! Although we went in just to look Malia was so pleasant we ended up purchasing our furniture. We believe if it were any other sales person we would not have purchased anything and continued looking at other establishments.

It was our first time here and we decided to check it out. They have a lot of modern stuff and the many choices to pick out from. Our salesman Carlos was awesome and very patient not pushy at all. We walked in just to get an idea on what couch set up we needed and because of the service and comfortability we ended up walking out with a couch setup and dining table. Apply for credit was super easy and everything went very smooth I highly recommend this place

I was looking for a sleeper sofa, and while I did not end up finding the right one at Jerome's, I wanted to leave a review to thank Malia for such wonderful customer service. She was very friendly, professional, and showed me several options based on my preferences. She was informative without being pushy, and I had a great experience at Jerome's thanks to her.

George was extremely helpful! Gave us the full breakdown of price matching and of course their financing options. Jerome’s was a nice surprise after checking out other furniture stores. Prices and quality of the items were great. I would definitely recommend coming here first as a good baseline to compare when furniture shopping

Doing business with Jerome's is very pleasant. No rush no pressure everyone is so professional from sales to delivery they work as a team. I've had nothing but professional and honest help.. with purchase ,delivery, exchange customer service..I wouldn't go any where else after finding Jerome's.. pricing is good.. but the service that they provide is outstanding... not too many companies back there products like Jerome's.

Ruben Ramirez and Christie Newsom were both amazing. They were very professional and did not pressure me in any shape or form. It’s because of them that I would return to Jerome’s again. I have made this my favorite furniture store and will recommend to others.!

Snuck in here on Super Bowl Sunday to look for a couch. Salesmen were great....not pushy but assisting.

The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left. We came fairly late and we didn’t feel rushed at all. We thought we knew what we wanted as soon as we walked in, but ended up needing more time. They took the time to assist and were incredibly kind. They truthfully answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. They never tried to encourage us into buying something more costly, but instead encouraged us to go with the deals they were running (and it was a great deal!). I would definitely recommend Jerome’s!

We make big purchases in 2 visits. Our first visit to narrow and then we purchase our second. We try to let sales people know we are not looking to buy and Greg was the first in several different stores visited, to give us the space we asked for. He did check in, but didn’t apply pressure. He waited until we were ready, explained the current promos and told us how to get the finance process started from home. Yesterday we returned to finish up the sale and Greg was so patient while my husband and I changed our mind one last time. At the end of the day, we feel we got the most comfortable couch for the price we paid and were pleased with the low-pressure experience Greg and Jerome’s offered.

Christie at the Rancho store was awesome, I was nervous about my husband and I finding a Sofa Set we both would be happy with. Christie assured me we would find something nice and we did. I'm so excited for the set to be delivered. I would tell everyone to check out Jerome's the showroom was beautiful and full of furniture that's unique.

From the moment I walked in it was very nice had the opportunity to meet George and he was very nice and helpful. He gave me the space to look around and knew when to come and help. He is very knowledgeable. So if you need help George is the man to go see.

What we liked about this Jerome’s experience:
The product - Kinsey dining room set - super sturdy - all wood with metal accents, roomy with 6 chairs + came with a 16” leaf!, the price, salesperson Patricia, cashier (didn't get her name), driver Miguel Soto and Timo Soto, updates via text (even if a bit inaccurate with the time). Always a good experience buying from Jerome's. We also have a sectional - very comfy, and couch with motor recliner on both ends - also very comfy.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by Diane. She introduced herself let us know if we need some help she was more than happy to help us. Directed us to what we were interested in. When we ready to make a purchase I went and told her we were ready and check out went smoothly.

It was a fun and easy experience shopping for a couch. We weren't pressured. Alex let us look around and find what we wanted and needed for our space and gave us all of the information we needed on each piece we looked at. 0% interest for 60 months was a great promotion and helped us pick the couch we really loved. Check out and scheduling a delivery was easy.

Carlos was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. If you’re going to Jerome’s you definitely want to speak to him. If I ever shop for furniture again I’m definitely going back to work with Carlos hands down.

Malia was awesome she took her time to walk us through all the features and explain all options available. We looked at several options and she was kind enough to help us draw out the floor plan to help us make an informed decision. Highly recommend talking with Malia on your visit.
