I'm a caregiver and I was returning an item for the woman I care for. Denece Simpson helped me. She was very professional and had a pleasant demeanor. She told me my options in ordering the right size, etc, and online options. Denece went above and beyond in her customer service. She was also very courteous and well polished. I was very pleased. She couldn't have done a better job! She was very helpful. I took a picture of her nametag to remember her name because it's rare to get that excellent of service! I wanted to write a great review for her. She was very professional and I really appreciated her service.

Charity pre-sale is going on. Buy a 25% off coupon for $5. Once you buy something, they give you the $5 back.
And the 25% off is in addition to the sale price. Got 5 boxes of cheese straws tonight, which ended up really inexpensive. We've bought them before. Reg $13ea. They were 50% off, or $6.50. Then take extra 25% off with the coupon. $4.87ea. They take $5 off the total purchase. They even give you the coupon back to use to use again with other purchases.
We were very pleased.

Belk in Carolina Mall in Kannapolis, NC has the best employees! Victoria is attentive and highly engaged with the customers! She asked me questions and made recommendations that were amazing! Julie in Fine Jewelry was also very helpful and accommodating! I always will shop there! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Belk continues to move in the right direction with the times at hand. Offering great deals and well times sales events. Suits at 1/2 price and higher end merchandise. To me Belk is much better than Kohls. I have to pay the same price for a cheap Polo at Kohls as a name brand at Belk.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of the associates, and the store looked well stocked. I'm planning to shop here again soon.

We were in carolina mall in concord and decided to do some shopping and check out all the stores.

Nice clean beautiful store, but alittle pricey

Love shopping at Belk. They always try to help save you money with any available coupons. The associates are helpful.

Really enjoyed my shopping trip today! I returned 3 tops + helped my sister pick out some elegant dressy earrings. Free masks are available at the entrance if you forget yours. Staff was very helpful in directing us to the appropriate departments.

Great selection, service is impeccable.
The nice young lady, with blonde hair, that helped my wife and three children was very informative, with a calming personality and she seemed to really know her stuff. My wife said that's the best service she'd ever had at this particular Belk store.

Belk has been a great surprise to our move to NC. Our jewelry counter Representative, Julie, in the Carolina Mall is a blessing! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring.

Michael in the jewelry department was more than amazing today! After visiting other stores in the mall (sears) and being told I can’t try on a wedding band, Michael let me try on every band I wanted and sanitized them before and after! His customer service skills were amazing along with his opinion about what what band looked amazing on my finger! Thank you for taking the time and patience with me!

Great organization. Always giving back to the community. It helps when you win a 500 dollar gift card. The associates were helpful and kind and helped me find the things I was looking for. Everyone was smiling and happy to be there and overall I had a really good experience.

They have entrances and exits clearly marked as well as someone to greet and direct you to what you need. There are reminders over the store PA System reminding shoppers how to stay safe.
Most shoppers were wearing masks which gave me a sense of confidence.
