Walmart Neighborhood Market

Slightly sketchy location on Ft. Lowell but I go during the day. Glad I did, twice now, as it saved me a half hour drive to a Supercenter. This Walmart had everything I needed, was clean, well-stocked and the produce section was impressively fresh.
For me, the most important part of my two visits so far has been the employees. They’re busy, not just standing around and yet helpful if you need assistance. I had one who showed me where a few items were, as I was unfamiliar with the store. I hope Mngmt appreciates these workers and their conscientiousness, as customer service seemingly becomes rarer in today’s retail markets. Prices are up everywhere, and people just want to be treated decently when spending their $$$.

Always get my Sweet tea & frozen pizzas there. Red Barron was 4.87!
No lines at self checkout today.

Managing at one of the top realtors in the industry, Macys, over 8 years. The top-notch customer service, I just received at this Walmart, was unexplainable. I was in a rush, super late to a top business meeting.
Casually walked in. I asked, where can I find a product, I needed. I received directing there, while speed waking to the direction, I saw so another associate by the name of Mariza, who then kindly in detail explained me exactly where it was, and then guided me there, also was able to quickly assist me due to glass locking merchandise. I got the product I needed. I asked the amazing associate their name. I was shocked to say to them, that is my mom‘s name! Wow you cannot make these kind of stories up. For the ones in retail, do you know what it’s like kudos to you keep pushing. We need more people like this in the world and in retail. Stoked to see this over and beyond customer service.

I love going to this Walmart it's always clean stocked and very friendly staff. Give it a try it's an awesome place.

The staff is friendly but terribly overworked and understaffed at this location. The self checkout is convenient to use yet many times the lines are past the aisles and blocking the walkway. The wait is worth it for bulk items w/o a club card for freezer items and cheeses. They also carry a good variety of international items. I skip the produce aisle all together and head to Fry's up the road or head to the the 99¢store on Rodger if you're looking for the best deals Sprouts is up the street for better quality and comparable bottom line.

Update: presently surprised with my latest visit to this Walmart location.
There are many new security and safety measures in the store. There were also visibly considerable more staff and you can feel it! There are new self checkout aisles ALONG with the cashier registers open.
The self checkout were much easier than others I've used. The assistant alarm doesn't ring every 2 seconds.
The store reorganization was much needed!
I was impressed with the overall improvements. I will be shopping at my Ft Lowell Neighborhood Walmart more often now!!

I like this place to shop. The employees work hard to keep the shelves stocked.
The store deserves 5 🌟 stars for effort.
They added shelves and products. They worked hard at it and now the 🏪 store is even better. Fully stocked shelves with good prices. The Great Value brand seems to be hard for them to get since a lot of it is out of stock. I'm happy to shop here. Checkout is all self check. I got used to self check and like it.
Coming out of the pandemic the Great Value and Equate brand is coming back.
I hope the store stays in business for many years. One way if you like the store is to give them 5 stars every time you check out.

Had everythng I needed and was able to check out quick. Different location had most of what I needed. Checkout with no waiting. Associates were very polite and helpful.

Everything was great besides the fact that they did not have any LifeSavers Gummies 😞😩 which really sucked because

The staff at this pharmacy are absolutely amazing and have saved the year for me!!! My puppy came down with Valley Fever, and thanks to the recommendations of the people in the pharmacy I have saved hundreds of dollars so far and over the course of my pups life will save thousands! They have been extremely helpful with what I can afford for days supply etc. I couldn’t ask for a better staff! This team is amazing! I will continue to use this pharmacy for both my human and fur families.

Very clean. Lots of produce. Cheap avocados, at least compared to the other stores I've been to.

Dory at customer service was excellent at her job and gave me a Pokémon keychain she made. Really cool.

It's not bad, considering location. I like going there they always have what I need stocked. And there nice an helpful.

I don't review chain grocery stores often but Kudos to Walmart. You have many new healthier foods... Chosen Avacdo oil, non-gluten foods, Ezekiel breads, etc. The selection of non-wheat grain flours and assortment of hig-end oils is impressive. So many options now in many departments. Thank you and keep it up. Great job on the remodel. BTW I have no issue with the locked items... Keeping costs down by lowering theft is a fine with me. Complainers on this should take it up with the Tucson city gov who tolerate so much crime.

In and out with no problems. Went to customer service and Dory was a great savior for me today. Had what I needed and wasn't very busy easy to get around and got help when I needed it...

I love my Neighborhood Walmart but I love their app, grocery delivery & shipping so much more! I do most all of my shopping (may it be supplies to groceries to gifts) on their app. I pay a small membership fee every month for free deliveries for all my needs!!! Love Walmart.com & Walmart+!!! I will never go out, stand in line, push a buggy, fight any crowd again! I do everything through their app! The $13 a month membership fee is absolutely worth it, every penny! ❤

Not a very busy store, have always been able to get in and out quickly but also able to take time and shop with any assistance always at the ready. I went in to the Ft. Lowell location because Alvernon and Grant just sucks. It was clean, well stocked and plenty of everything I wanted and the laundry soap wasn't locked up. 9 out of 10

Raymond and a person whose name I don't know went out of their way to help me. Thank you both for the help. The other employees are super sweet and helpful. I appreciate all of y'all. ☺ Happy New Year ☺
