AT&T Store

My experience was the best phone service experience I ever had! The entire staff was helpful and engaging. They answered all my questions and assisted with getting my iPhone and Apple Watch setup. This is my new home AT&T store. The 2 ladies that helped me had the best customer service, they both made my experience very smooth and easy.

Chris was so helpful today. We walked into the store and there were about 5 other families ahead of us and he multi-tasked and got everyone taken care of. WOW! He even went above and beyond to help my daughter keep her phones number while switching over which was not an easy task.

Went in because a different AT&T store completely messed up our phones. The worker was very helpful and understanding! Fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes which was originally taking others hours upon hours to fix.

We originally went to the Woodbury man store and the man we spoke with was not helpful and told us to wait for the new phone. We then went to West St. Paul and the store was closed no note on the door explaining why. We then went to cottage Grove store and Kenneth was wonderful. He was the only person there and he waited on us like we were the only people there. Since he had to wait for our phones to transfer he helped others customers. He was so professional and genuine I would refer anyone to go there. He was great.

Manager was awesome, very very helpful. I will make this my go-to store from now on..it's a little drive by I don't mind that.

Rae is one of the best customer service oriented people i have met in a long time. He was very helpful, cheerful and extremely knowledgeable. My experience at the store restored my faith in dealing with people. He was great. Thank you Rae it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Manager Rae gave me a great experience when visiting the Cottage Grove AT&T store. Very knowledgeable and kind with everything I asked. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days.

Rae was very helpful and engaging when I purchased and had to set up my new phone. I wasn’t able to make it until close to closing time, but he stayed an hour after close to help me set up my phone!

I recently bought a phone from this store and just want to say how incredibly happy I am with the professionalism and knowledge of the two gentlemen, that helped me. VERN and Josh are the people to go to. Customer service is welcoming and friendly. They gave me a best deal and I didn't feel like there was any pressure on their end to upsell any extra products!

The best store I have ever been to that has to do with phones. Best phone company ever. The best employee is Raymond. He is an expert, he surpassed my expectation’s tremendously.

Last time we were in, observed sales individuals not able to resolve customer issues. We wanted to upgrade phones. Decided to leave. Today, tried to go in at 10:07am. Store was not open yet. January 4 2020. Returned back to the store after West St Paul jacked everything up and restored my faith. Thank you.

I had a fairly complicated "company to personal" cellphone account transfer situation when I decided to go into the ATT store here in Cottage Grove. Leo helped me understand the whole process, he sat on the phone with multiple (yes multiple) people from my old company it department, the mobile device management company, as well as ATT business. This was a three day process and he helped me navigate and understand all the pieces even though I was not porting to another ATT account. its very rare that you can find someone that will help and care when you are moving to another provider and he WAS AMAZING! I would recommend anyone using ATT or thinking of it to go speak to Leo. he is an absolute rockstar!

Knowledgeable staff with the patience of saints... It took me 3 visits to finally get my service up and running (only because of my own personal credit hang ups in the past). Once we jumped through all the hoops of getting my credit run & deposit paid, they were able to link my existing DIRECTV account for a promo credit as well as bring my existing cell phone number to my new service. They know my face everytime I walk in and always go the extra mile to make sure you leave with what you want and/or need.
