Lisa was very helpful and friendly and helped me and my family get our application done and was patient with me my spouse and our kids. She gave them snacks because they said they where hungry. She’s the best.

This is a really good neighborhood really quiet people are friendly great schools I rate this neighborhood of five star..Management very very friendly there when you need them

I moved my mother here last year. It has been a really great community for her. The management and staff are very helpful and responsive. It’s a nice environment. Quiet. All of the neighbors that we have met have been very nice. They have a nice park or my daughter likes to play. Maintenance goes above and beyond! I’m really happy we chose this neighborhood for my mom. :-)

I’ve lived here for 3 years and love it! Lisa is a really nice person to work with and she’s very understanding. Ever since new management took over the park has been getting new places and updates (my kids love the new park that was well overdue for remodeling).

I live here as well as some of my family members. I have always been a big fan of the management. Lisa is always quick to answer and help with the few issues or questions I have had, very professional. The neighborhood is clean, there are high standards & I thoroughly enjoy where I live. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone interested in mobile home living.

My first experience living in a mobile home. Couldn't be more pleased. Management pays attention and makes sure that our Park stays safe and looking good. My neighbors are so nice and we all look after each other. Really quiet here.

We bought our home a few years back when it was under the old management. Since the new management took over, we've seen so many improvements and the improvements keeps coming! New parks, new signs, well maintained land, walking trails, decent placement of new homes coming in. The management staff is attentive and very compliant when we need something. We love living in this community!

I have been looking to buy a home and was struggling to get financing, I went to Lisa at Three Rivers and she has been by my side helpping me, spending beyond her hours to send things off, making calls to help me, and just being more than a landlord/ sales person. She because a friend. She is truly amazing to work with and sticks it out with you to the end! I recommend anyone looking to purchase to Lisa!

My wife and I our new residents of this community and we love it! Lisa was a huge help in the move in process and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. I look forward to being a member of this community for years to come.

Lisa made the application and move in process so quick and easy. Community is quiet and peaceful, not to mention in a great location in Hastings - far enough out from the hustle and bustle but not so far that you have to drive far to get groceries. Thank you Lisa!

Been here 2 1/2 years now, never had a problem nice courteous people working here , take care of the place very well.
Last winter we called the office and asked if they could send the plow guy back to take care of a couple packed down mounds in the driveway, and they were on it right away. If they had a bobcat it would really help the snow removal bad spots .
Like living here , no issues.

The new staff (Lisa) and maintenance guys (Alex) are great! I appreciate how they are trying to make the community looking nice and having people with shady looking homes to get their issues fixed up- just makes it look and feel better for everyone who lives here. I do hope, however, that the lot rent doesn’t go up again.

Also if they could do something about all the feral cats would be very much appreciated!

Three Rivers has truly brought happyness to me and my family. With welcoming us into the amazing community. Management goes above and beyond! They treat people with care, empathy and respect. Well organized and dedicated to their job is just wonderful Neighbors are extremely nice and welcoming. nice and amazing place to live.

I have lived here for twenty plus years. Within the past couple of years there has bees a lot of updates. I have raised six children here. The staff is helpful and attentive. They made a great place to live better. Great neighbors and parks.

Cannot be more excited to move into three rivers! Great community and Lisa was so very helpful with helping my boyfriend and I buy our first trailer. We move in less then a month and a half into the trailer park and are very much looking forward to starting our life there and building our future !

Three Rivers is a great mobile home park to live in & is always well maintained. The office staff is great & easy to work with & the maintenance guys are great as well. Everyone keeps it a good family friendly neighborhood.

Love love my home have been there for 10 years the only thing I hope for is a new driveway other than that they keep the park beautiful the landscape is gorgeous if you're looking for a place to move to I would go here

Three Rivers has been amazing and the biggest reason I say this is because of the Manager Lisa. The selling of my old house (so I could buy my new house at Three Rivers) was a disaster to say the least. Lisa and her maintenance crew took me under their wings and performed miracles. They took charge and did everything in their power to help me keep the process on track for buying my new house. They "put a square peg in a round hole" so to speak. I'm so in LOVE with my new home and I owe it all to Lisa and everyone on her team !!!

Alyssa in the office is THE BEST for a sales coordinator! While I had some problems with closing and dates being pushed back due to Covid-19 and other problems, she was right there in the thick of it with me. Even to the point of texting me updates after hours or on the weekends if something happened to change. She has had my back all through this process and made what could have been a horrid time with worry, bearable and while I didn't always like what she was having to tell me, I knew it was genuine and it was her keeping me in the loop on everything. Down to getting a set of stairs (temporary) so I could get in and see the house before the deck and stairs were done due to my disability and not being able to climb a ladder safely. Hopefully my closing will happen in the next week and I can say I will be a proud resident of the park.

Good Management. They have always been a pleasure to work with. I also appreciate how maintenance is always working on keeping grounds looking good and how everyone cares about the safety enforcing the speed limit. ♥
