Menards

We had a wonderful experience today at the Cottage Grove Menards store with our cashier, Tina. She was kind, efficient, and thorough. We had a lot of items. When we walked away, we managed to leave our cane in the cart. Before we left, she managed to catch up with us and make sure we got it back. We were in the parking lot! Thank you Tina!!

Had a great experience with Briana in cottage Grove, who designed my kitchen and help me order Cardell cabinets. I highly recommend Anyone who’s looking for a kitchen design or remodel. Briana was fantastic and Wonderful to work with

You don't realize how much you love menards until you move.

Work here in the paint department and it'd amazing to connect with my customers also the returning ones🥰 Come on in and check our oopsy paints for half the cost!!! Maybe you'll find the color you've been searching for 😉💖

Customer service is very important to me, and I appears that Menards employees are going above and beyond in meeting the customers needs, and with an 11%rebate on everything that makes it really nice. The one issue I have found is mis marked items, and I believe they should honor the price im led to think it is

Had an order accidentally set to this store for pick-up (1-1/2hr drive from my house). Jordan M. Reached out to me to get the order shipped to my house (for additional shipping cost, to be expected as it was my error). This was a great customer experience and I was very happy to get my order instead of it being cancelled/restocked.

Joey from this Menards who was working the flooring area was wonderful to deal with. My grandfather and I came in and needed to pick up 76 boxes of LVP flooring, without asking Joey came up answered all of my questions, gave us some great insight AND helped moved all 76 boxes up to the front registers. Then had someone ask him for help as he was helping us move the flooring towards the registers. He was very polite and told the other customers I will be right back. Joey got us someone to help load it into our vehicle as well. I spend a lot of time in Menards as my brother and I own a construction company, this is the best service I’ve had with Menards thanks to Joey, in most cases you can’t even find or get someone to talk to you…

They also had the necessary replacements. As I was waiting for them to remove it, 2 additional employees asked if they could be of assistance. This place has well trained, helpful, friendly staff!!

Love the store and the helpful employees. Reasonable prices on almost everything for home.

I wish they didn't do the 11% rebates for 80% of the year because their other sales aren't as good when they do them.

Thank you Kaytie and Kyle at the Customer Service Desk and Joe, the Building Department Supervisor! We purchased a deck about 3 weeks ago. We realized that we ordered 2 additional feet than we had room for in our yard. These 3 employees were phenomenal! We probably spent over an hour working on the adjustment and refund, but they patiently assisted us so that we would not buy a deck that we didn't have room for. Kaytie never lost her cool and she could have. We had to go through each item that was purchased and figure out if there was a change and adjustment needed.
We knew this was going to be a long and frustrating situation, but they didn't buckle under pressure!
Thanks for making it as enjoyable as it could be! They should get a bonus!

We are a severely disabled US veteran. Each and every employee seems so friendly and helpful! Today, we are anticipating spring. Today, we were looking over the grass seed area for patch repair. This precious employee couldn’t have been more helpful!

Love the layout of this menards compared to oakdale. They always have what I need and also things I didn't know I needed! Staff in the garden center are always so helpful and friendly!

We were making a large purchase to build a deck and the check card we tried to use wouldn't let us make the payment as it has a limit. We did not have our credit card like we normally do so we had to cancel the purchase while we went home to get the credit card. The"gentleman" behind us was visibly upset and became extremely rude about having to wait a whole 15 seconds while the clerk told us what to do. I commend the guy checking us out for maintaining his composure. I wish people would just breath more.

Great local town home store. Employees are usually available and helpful but tend to leave you be. They don’t initiate, so a bit different than other big box stores. Great prices and a good selection.

The employees at Menards are wonderful. I'm almost always greeted by an employee when l enter the store, which is nice. Yesterday I was buying bird feed and needed help to put the bags into my cart and later into my car. I didn't have any problem finding an employee to help me. They even seemed to be happy to do it.
It's always nice shopping at Menards!
