Store is always employees always friendly and I have excellent produce and fruit

I like coming to this store. They definitely have a variety of stuff you don't really see at other grocery stores. It's a convenient location to with the deli and hot food to. I love their sushi 🍣. I always get in and out, and the workers are always nice and friendly

I just want to thank the manager Jason for taking the time to look for a pouch of coins that I left here while I was paying for my groceries. The coins In the pouch are a collection from many years ago, from different countries, etc. Just extremely sentimental to me and he took the time to check multiple areas where lost and found items are turned in. Oh, also this location is stocked well and clean. good job team!

I really enjoy my trips there, you never have issues with homeless or change begging outside the store. It makes for a better experience. Its always clean and orderly, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable of where items are and they are willing to take you right to it and a plus, during social distancing they had a police 2 police officers there to help with that.

Have been a fan of Bel Air since I was a kid. Had no idea they had one out here but was happy to find it. Went in for a few groceries and left with a little more than planned. The store is a little smaller than others, but they do a good job of keeping the isles clean and organized. Everything was familiar as if I had walked into one of the other main stores I visit. The prices were fair and when I checked out, the service was great. The gentlemen helping me engaged me in conversation which was nice and then I was on my way. My only complaint is the parking lot is a little small and set up weird, but besides that it's a great store. Definitely shop here for your groceries, they give you quality food and service for great prices.

Great friendly customer service clean store.

Good store. Usually shop for advertised items. If your in a hurry there's always plenty of cashiers. Line usually goes fast. Helpful staff. Deli people seem new. Could be friendlier. Bakery has great prices and selection on birthday cakes.

Big store has all that you'd expect from a neighborhood grocery store. They got it all, from brand name goods to a vast variety of organic products for you to choose from. Though when checking out, expect the total cost of everything to be much more than you would have paid for versus other competitors stores due to their prices are set much higher for whatever reasons. Personally i don't mind since I live down the street and not mobile. And I love the customer service here, great attitudes and very helpful.

This is my neighborhood Grocery Store! Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful! The store is really clean! I have been shopping here for at least 40 years! Fresh meats and produce! You can get Peet’s Coffee and fresh bakery! I love shopping at this store!

Going to this Bel Air on Fruitridge Boulevard for the last 13 years and know pretty much everybody that works there now and they know us. And that does make it nice the shop at a place like that. I give them 5 stars for everything. They are very polite to the customers

Very clean, I would rate this store one star but because god give us a second heart and forgive those who is wrong, guards accused my wife and I for shop lifting but couldn't show me proof. Again mistake are high when time is hard, forgive is my word because price is great and employees are smiling and asking finding everything alright. Just by asking and with a great smile, I enjoy coming to this store daily. I forgot my wallet once and they were nice enough to hold it for me. Living one block away with wife and kids who don't drive is greatful. Thanks bel air, I will continue shopping at my neighborhood store.

Best everything customer service prouducts the only thing I can say is I wish they had a better parking lot. But now a bunch of new workers not as good as it used to be

I come here mostly for the Chinese food. It might cost a few cents more than Panda, but you're getting better tasting food and friendlier service. Panda always seems to want to rush you through their line, and out the door. Good grief! Did I mention the Wok here has the best Brandy Fried Chicken available?

This is the oldest Bel Air. Easily my favorite grocery store, I've been going here for years. The produce and meat are always great quality, the deli, coffee and Chinese takeout are nice, and the employees are wonderful. The prices are a little higher than most grocery stores but not like Whole Foods prices. It's worth it.

Love shopping here or ordering from thre deli for a sandwich or Chinese food. Customer service is literally exceptionally awesome sauce!! I did find out they don't do free smash cakes anymore for the 1 years old which was disappointing cause they did years ago but 🤷🏽‍♀ still great

I really like shopping at this Bel air. I like to buy flowers here. They always have a large selection of pretty and fresh flowers. I always like to take flowers. To my beloved Departed at St Mary's cemetery that's right down the Street

Very family friendly. The employees show they care. 1/19/20 3:30 pm everyone should not only be 100% into their work, they should also be watching the doors. I watched an older mexican couple walk out the deli side doors with a large bouquet of flowers and a card. This was an older couple like in their late 50's. My advice employees should keep their eyes open.

Love this store. It's pricier than nearby competitors but there's something to say about the friendliness of the staff here, that makes it all worth it. Large selection of health food products and their produce is always top notch.

Always very friendly staff that goes out of their way to accommodate their customer.
Me personally I love the bakery's fruit tart's, no matter if that dept. Is closed or not they are so helpful ,well mannered & make sure I am helped everytime in the bakery as I said Closed or not.
