Posman Books

This was my first ever experience at a Posman Books, and I was beyond pleased! Adorable small book store with unique selections! I definitely recommend if you're looking for something different from the cookie cutter, larger bookstores.

I can't remember the last time I was in an actual bookstore. They have lots of gift ideas, employee recommendations and "blind date books." There is also a nice YA and manga section.

This is my favorite bookstore to visit! They have a great selection on books, cute nick-nacks, puzzles, and more! It is a very cute bookstore with helpful and friendly staff.

My favorite bookstore in the metro Atlanta area. I always have to visit when I come to Avalon. And unlike Barnes and Noble, they actually carry books on my TBR.

the book selection, sticker variety, and even tarot collection is so great. The staff is very nice and even wear masks which i am appreciative of. I always leave with something and i will be coming back!

I adore this bookstore!! The staff are wonderful, specifically Lucca, but they are all very sweet and helpful. They have a variety of books, small gifts, and knick-knacks that anyone of any age could enjoy. Very inclusive and drag queen story time is the best thing they could have done! :)

To give this place a 1 star because you don't like someone and/or discriminate againt them are based upon ignorance and hate speech. If you don't like the selection or something about the staff, that is one thing. Or, if you had a problem with their hours of operation, or you had a bad customer service experience. Don't just five them a 1 star because you don't follow nor agree with their beliefs. If you don't want your kid to see the drag queen, then don't bring them...there are plenty of others who like it. I love this store. Ineish we had so much more of these small business ayores that provide so much more than large conglomerates. It has great collections and the staff really know their books and have excellent knowledge and recommendations. They really helped me get into reading more which is only a good thing. Their kids section is great it has great books , crafts, toys and othergreat things to get kids into reading. Also, have you even gone to see the drag queen read? They arethere to read to kids, thats all. Its a fun experience and honestly the kids get to hear a good atory, nothing else. I'm sure you haven't, yet you are making assumptions and are truly in fear of anyone who is different. I am so sorry that your parents didn't encourage you to make your own decisions on beliefs or your insecurities. Again, I highly recommend this store, and please give honest reviews, these are peoples' jobs, livelihood, and passion for books and reading.

Staff is accommodating. When I called, the employee was respectful and patient. The inventory is good for folks like me who prefer nonfiction books but everyone I go with is mesmerized by their stacks of new and classic fiction. Great place with great surroundings and a fun place for a group or family.

I don’t shop for many books anymore (Harry Styles fanfiction has become my main source of literature), but when I do I always stop by this Posman. The Staff is always super friendly and very helpful with book recommendations especially when I want to get books for my younger siblings. Always have had a positive experience here! Definitely will continue coming back!!

I love how their Jellycat plushies are scattered around the store so you have to walk around to see them all. I also love how they have storytime for little kids. A+ for community engagement.

This is a lovely bookstore! So many different books to choose from and has such a lovely staff. The environment is incredible. I had lucca a store employee recommend several books and really took the time out of his day to make sure i found everything i was looking for! This store had the most friendly staff and there is a wide range of books available. There are tons of free events hosted at the store including a drag queen storytime. Such a unique store!

Had such a good experience at this store today, the workers were incredibly helpful with directing me and my daughter around the store, as well as giving good book recommendations for her. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a nice smaller bookstore!

The best book store EVER!! The employees are so nice and knowledgeable about everything and so inclusive and kind. The staff seems super diverse and I will never return to any corporate chains EVER again! Over the moon w my experience.
