Madewell

This was my first time in a Madewell store. This location is so well put together and merchandised. The sales associate Marya, was beyond helpful and so kind. She helped me find the perfect sizes and figure out what fit best on me. I will definitely be back to this location!

Hallie went above and beyond to make for a great store experience the other day. Had great jean recommendations and was so nice! This location has had less than stellar service historically and I’ve noticed a huge shift in the last year. Hope this location keeps up the great work I love shopping here!

Great store with an excellent selection and good value for your money. Personalized service is a plus! Be sure to join the Insiders List for coupons and updates of new merchandise. Also, recycle your jeans here to get $20 off a new pair.
Also have to add a few thoughts about the service after reading other reviews. Was able to return a prior purchase without receipt or hassle. Even though it was super crowded on a Sunday afternoon, was greeted and helped promptly by a sweet associate named Abigail. Overall a wonderful shopping experience.

I saw the other review of this Madewell and had to post my own, because my (many) experiences have been completely opposite. I can't even get through the door before some, or all, of the employees greet me and help me find exactly what I'm looking for, as well as what I'm not looking for. This is my favorite Madewell in the Atlanta area, but really they're all great and all of the staff are super well-trained, friendly and helpful. They make you feel like your shopping with friends!

I came in to exchange a pair of jeans and the manager was very gracious in working with me on the exchange into a new size that fit. Thank you for the kind service. Manager is Heather.

Great customer service. Salespeople were helpful and gave honest but polite opinions. Store is pricey but the pieces are worth it. Also-- students and teachers get automatic percentage off by showing their ID.

I finally decided to spend the money on a great pair of jeans today, and Viv helped me find my perfect pair! I literally have never seen my butt look so good😂 Thanks Viv!!

I may have tried on every pair of jean they had in store, but the associates continued to be patient, friendly, and helpful in suggesting better options.
