Just left that store and they are OUTStanding. MacKenzie helped me find the last three swimsuits in clearance and she didn’t stop looking until she found them. The customer service is exceptional and I highly recommend. Thanks guys!

DEBI AND KIM ARE SIMPLY THE BEST! I am a forever fan now for this store and J.Crew solely because of them! Debi and Kim both helped in identifying which items would be best based on my preferences, style, and deals overall. My mother was with me and wasn't even planning on purchasing anything, but because of their phenomenal care, and knowledgeable services - she made purchases as well. That is why I am truly appreciative for the great recommendations, insights, and understanding for the questions my mother and I had which Debi and Kim answered and solved for us.

Debi and Kim both exemplify class, empathy, care, and understanding the importance of the customer experience. I have recommended my friends and family for J.Crew (and specifically this store) solely due to their stellar quality of service.

I enjoyed the selection very classic styles as well as current trend items.
The atmosphere was inviting and roomy. I would say this store has more female products than male but the main area had many crossover items for both men and women.
***Deborah, was very professional and blended super great ssistance with space to decide and not hover. Allowing for a casual non pressure setting. She is not afraid to work and get items for you either. I will visit this J. CREW store again and her attitude opened my interest to revisit and spend more time in the entire complex.
We all need to make adjustments and try to help with our economic transition. I will support J. CREW as much as possible. The ***Ludlow slim fit suit was also a recent purchase I enjoyed wearing. The support I receive from NY city store to get the only suit left next day air was fantastic and I can. Ot say enough about the old school retail. I loved to get in the past. The deep blue ***Cardigan is the classic bomb and ordered in store to save the shipping.

My boyfriend needed a shirt to wear to dinner. We asked if they could steam said shirt as it was super wrinkly. We didn't realize it was closing time but the manager was super friendly and offered to steam it anyway. Great customer service
