Love Hot Topic, always have a good stock of new styles. They have a great selection of on sale clothes which I love. Great atmosphere and staff have always been helpful and extremely nice.

This is the only store I can go to with my daughter. The staff is super nice at this location, and service is quick. Go in with an open mind because they don't always have a huge selection of sizes for each item, but I use that to help my daughter decide. "You like these the, but this is the only one on your size. " "Okay, I'll take that one then!" "Hooray!". Great selection of anime, Ghibli (?), Sanrio, and alternative band clothing and accessories

I love it here. The employees are always so nice and kind to me and my family. Always trying to save me money. They're helpful and funny, befriending the customers. I feel so at home in Hot Topic. I always get what I want in Hot Topic, and when I don't, I still feel good after leaving the store. I highly recommend.

This was my youngest daughters first trip to Hot Topic. The staff made it great! They worked with her to try stuff on, they found clothes that fit (she's only 9 so a little small in stature for alot of their items) and they really treated her nicely. She had saved her allowance to buy a new outfit and was over the moon with it. We will definitely be returning!

The sales girl was great. Didn't catch her name, but she has very short hair and glasses. She was just wonderful. So helpful, and she was friendly with every single person she saw. Not what I usually experience in Hot Topic. I'm not a teenager anymore. I go there for the makeup. Usually I get rude sales people or I'm just ignored entirely, but this young woman was amazing.

She helped a dad with his teenage daughter right before me, and she was awesome at making the dad feel more comfortable so the daughter could enjoy herself. They ended up spending around $140 thanks to this girl. Really speaks to her sales and customer service skills.

I visited the store in Carolina Mall & I was so impressed with the customer service that I feel compelled to post a review. The staff that was working that day consisted of two in particular that I wish to recognize for their admirable level of consumer relations. One young lady is named "Hunter" & the other named "Neptune". Shopping during the holidays can be overwhelming, but they made me feel comfortable, welcome, and treated me with such tremendous respect. They were knowledgeable about the merchandise, pricing, current discounts/sales, location of items & even volunteered to go the extra mile to look online for inventory I had not found currently in stock. I will absolutely return to this store again for future purchases. Thank you so much for restoring my belief that excellent customer service still exists. Hot Topic in Carolina Mall is raising the bar & setting new standards!

Amazing collection of apparels and polite staff.

This is my favorite Hot Topic location. The staff here are all always so friendly and helpful to me. The store is very clean and organized in a great way. They always have great sales, clearance items, and the staff will try to help you save money where you can with their deals and rewards program. I love the wide selection of items you can buy here ranging from tshirts to Funko Pops.

Sincerly some of the best staff in Concord, clean store, well stocked, helped me apply for a credit card for some early Christmas shopping! Love these guys and the atmosphere and knowledge they bring to my shopping experience! AND you can give them a shout out on the receipt and get an extra coupon!

Amazing store and they are very much on top of making sure they keep the store safe. They limit the number of people allowed inside, make sure there are masks and that people are social distancing. I love their selection and will be going back very soon.

Great place to shop from something related to comic books, animation, music, or off the wall. Decent program for savings but usually the instore or online special wipes out the bonus savings. Very cool store all in all
