Rack Room Shoes

Was able to get my kids 2pair of back to school shoes from here,with such reasonable prices!

Gavin at Haywood mall deserves a raise. I went in and I struggle with shopping because the noise and choices can be overwhelming. He stayed with me helping, giving advice, unpacking and repacking the ones I tried out and I walked out with a pair of boots to suit my professional life and a pair of lined crocks to suit my life as a Mom with a backyard. I will definitely not be going anywhere else for my family’s shoes. This location is the best! We also had a great experience with an older female employee who helped me pick out my daughter’s first shoes.

I took advantage of there bogo half off sale the other day. They didn’t have my size. I was discouraged because I had been multiple places. Xavier helped me order the right size! He even printed out my order form so I can track my package. They were very busy but he was still super nice. Thanks Xavier!

From the outside it appears to be a small store, but they actually have a very large selection of current styled dress shoes and athletic shoes. Prices are reasonable. Quick in and out after making selection.

Very busy very efficient staff! Despite the long lines, the girls were friendly and helpful to each of the customers. It was a very pleasant experience to observe on such a busy day.
