I had an absolutely incredible shopping experience here the other day! I needed a Nintendo Switch and the associate was so helpful and attentive that it really made my day. I can honestly say this was the best shopping experience I have ever had at a store. If I'm not mistaken, I believe the associates name was Gyandev (?) Younger guy, bigger frame, curly hair. Give that guy a raise! I will most definitely be coming back when I need any more help.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at GameStop. It’s smaller, but they have more stuff than bigger stores. They were very kind to me & held a game for a long time as I was in an accident a few weeks ago while on my way there.Highly recommended.

First off, GameStop officially does not carry retro gaming gear which includes anything from 3rd generation and below. GameStop does still have a handful of PS3, Xbox360, and Wii/WiiU, DS/3DS games. For the guy that said they don’t carry GameCube controllers: buddy you went right after Christmas and the day you posted your comment was literally at the beginning of January. Kids and adults alike come into GameStop during Black Friday til about the end of January whether to get an awesome deal, Christmas presents, and to use their gift cards. Yeah, GameStop didn’t have the GameCube controller then, but I can assure you they do now! Also, before complaining about not having a game or limited supply of games and accessories; That is so not true whatsoever. If you have a game that you want then just go up to one of the employees and ask them to look it up; it’s that easy. Also, for my friend that wanted to downplay the Woodruff store all because of a GameCube controller (That works for the Nintendo Switch) there is an object called a phone where you can call people or in your case, a store, and politely ask them if they have a certain product in store. If they do not have what you are looking for them they will check if another store in the area has whatever item you may be looking for. They can even order a product for you if the product itself is nowhere to be found at any GameStop in the area (Only if the product is available at the GameStop Warehouse). GameStop off Woodruff road is the most incredible store, because the few employees that work their are absolutely positively 100% professional and really care to give their customers the best deal that they can. They don’t make commission, the pay is less than working at a fast food organization, but people that work their love to help other people and enjoy what they do. I love GameStop and if you get the chance to meet Damien, Clayton, or Jarrett then you will get the highest customer service that a company can provide. That is a guaranteed FACT! #GameStop

Overall had a great experience! The customer service I was given was awesome. They were both friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Would definitely be returning to this location in the future.

I have been shopping at this GameStop location for around 7-8 years! My kids and I love the staff and have always been treated very well here. The staff is always knowledgeable and quick to help with any questions that we may have.

When you need a game, it isn't too hard to find one but when you want incredible service this is the place. I preorder games and game accessories conveniently here. This is not my local store but it is my favorite. What else does this store offer over other Gamestops: fabulous suggestions on games, helpful associates and a willingness to aid my search on desirable games and merchandise.

Great experience! Helpful staff and well stocked! Not too packed either! Even though I live 30 minutes away from this location, I'm gonna have to make it my regular store!

Super super helpful group of guys here. They didn't have the game i wanted but yet they called the next store to get it put on hold. These guys knew their stuff, and were so friendly... My favorite game stop of all.

I always enjoy coming to this GameStop in fact it's my favorite GameStop in SC. its the staff that really makes this place awesome. they are friendly and very well informed on the latest games and are not afraid to tell you what they think about any games they have played.

Love this GameStop! The people that work there are always SUPER helpful and they know their stuff! If they don’t haven’t known the answer to a question I have then they have found it and emailed or called when they got me an answer! If I can help it I always go to this store if I can.

Had the store manager Chad help me out with getting an elite controller, he gave me every possible discount during my trade ins that he could. Great guy, great customer service!
