I really left from Office Depot Max Store so happy yesterday no only because the Store’s staff was so kind, but also they were there to advise me on which chair was the most convenient for me, besides helping me with a professional and super quick assembly to get it ready towards into my house office for the next upcoming years. thank you !

AJ in printing services is amazing. He's kind, patient, very knowledgeable, & extremely professional. He answered ALL of my questions & handled my printing order in a timely manner. Simply superb service.

Great experience! Greeted or acknowledge by every employee, either with an offer for assistance or just a simple “hello” and a smile. When I needed help (looking for a projection screen) they didn’t point somewhere over there, but walked with me and then asked a couple of question to determine what I needed. Then they picked it up and carried to the counter and offered to take it to the car.
I wish that happened more often everywhere.
That’s the first time I had visited an Office Depot and what a terrific experience…

As a recent shopper in the Greenville Office Max, I was pleased to find just the right CD cases I was looking for, and at a good price.
It was a pleasure checking out, too, as the cashier who assisted me was courteous and helpful.

Great store! I was there on 4/1/23 visiting from New York. I went there to get a charger for my daughter with a USB on it and the lady at the register was so helpful! I got the wrong charger and she did a great job of handling the situation. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. She needs to be a manager, because she had to ask the young lady to put in her code to override my purchase. But, it didn't work and so the lady helping me figured it out. She is management material. The store was neat and well kept. Thank you again for the help.

A great experience today . Dee Store Manager helped me find what I needed and also ordered additional items I needed sent direct to me. Rebekah at front counter was very nice to me when I first came in returning used ink cartridges for credit before shopping and then again was super nice and professional upon my final check out.

Office Depot website business service of creating business cards is awesome. Knowledgeable, courteous staff is easy to contact via online chat, e-mail, or phone, when you need a question answered. O.D. had everything we needed to set up our books for the new year, 2023; a real time-saver because I was able to find everything on my list without having to stop at multiple stores. The store is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly.

We have been customers of Office Depot for more than ten years. Both in SC and WA. Service with a genuine smile by employees both places. The staff is also knowledgeable about their products or will quickly find answers to questions on something they might not be familiar with.

I hadn't been in this store in many years, but Monica Lee helped me with a very stressful project and made it very easy. She was so patient and encouraging. If every store had employees like her, then they would have lines out the door. She made a stressful day into a delightful day!

Our company uses Office Depot to handle our large print jobs. On this day in particular, my order was emailed late and wouldn't be available until the following day, MAJOR PROBLEM for me but no fault of the staff.

I asked Andrew & AJ if there was any way to get the order that day before school let out. Unfortunately no. As I pondered my options outside and how I was going to inform the school we couldn't get the flyers until the following day, Andrew & AJ were working their magic inside. Long story short, they were able to save the day for me and about 1650 kids. Thanks again Gentlemen
