I ordered chicken and so gizzards today and they taste a lot better from the first time I ordered from there when the kitchen 1st open so there’s some progress coming along. And the guy David that works there is awesome always helpful, nice, and funny great guy.

The fact that they just started selling chicken and its horrible. I purchased a 3 wing combo and the chicken wasn't done took it back and they re cooked me some fresh chicken just for it to be un done.. spinx if the employee not cooking chicken at home don't hire them to cook the chicken at spinx! Update::: phill has done a complete turn around with this place .. the food is awesome Ricky and Cam definitely cooks great food ! the entire staff is friendly and efficient!! Way to go !!

Nehemiah and Simon always so helpful, kind and quick!!! Always gets my orders right and makes sure I don’t forget anything!!! The staff is great as well!! Great sign of leadership!!! All around awesome!!!

Not the best Spinx

Mushy chicken thighs today. Super small thighs pieces. Didn't enjoy the chicken. Laurens road always has excellent quality, why can't you?

I went in your store to buy 3 piece chicken 3 drumsticks special. I was told it would be 15 minutes they need to make more. I did not have time so I asked if they could give me thighs instead they said if they did that they would have to charge me 3 piece mixed. This has happened before at other stores but they have supported chicken before. Not a happy customer this happened 8/14/23 @ 5:20 pm

Associates are lazy and provide little service. Outdated products in the cooler and on the shelves.
Milkshake machine is just crushed ice with milk. Sell outdated chicken by putting it on sale. Have friends that have had stomach issues when eating the chicken specials.

I go to Spinx every morning and get a spicy chicken wrap for breakfast. At the other four locations I stop At depending on which way my travels take me. This is the one and only location that will not do that for breakfast and they’re only excuse is “that’s not a breakfast item”
