Kohl's

With so many discounts and sales it's hard to know what the price will be at the register. The cashier was super patient with me as I checked pricing on some items before starting my transaction. She advised how much I would save if I opened a charge account. I was reluctant and she didn't press the point. When I was trying to decide about spending additional money for one last pair of pants, she gently inquired about the hesitation, and explained that if I applied for the credit card, that pair of pants would basically be free with the immediate 35% discount. She was very patient as I thought it through and did some calculations and decided to go ahead with the credit card application. I wish I got her name now. She was awesome. And she didn't speak so fast that I had to ask what she just said with every sentence. It was a very pleasant transaction experience. I generally go to a different Kohl's location, but will be happy to use this Woodruff road store since they have staff like her.

I want to give5 stars to Alyssa, she is a perfect employee as far as I’m concerned. She helped me find what I was looking for in the store, then checked me out and found all the savings she could find for. A big high five to her!!q

I had an outstanding experience at the Greeville, SC store. From the customer service when I fist entered to the checkout by a mother and daughter team, Jill and Sam. Sam was the cashier and helped answer all my questions and checked with me to see if I still wanted an item since the discount did not apply to that item.

It has been a long time since I have been in a Kohls store. I loved how many items they had, that I had not seen in other stores or online stores. I had fun looking at all the items and ended up buying a lot of things, including gifts for others.

Jill and Sam were great about ringing up my purchases and bagging things so that they did not break getting to the car or on the way home. Jill even offered to help me get my items into my car, which I really appreciated since I currently have mobility issues.

I was very impressed with the store over all, the other staff were busy keeping all the merchantise neat and organized and willing to answer my questions. It was a pleasure to shop there!

Dani, the associate who works at Sephora in the Woodruff Kohl's, was phenomenal. She really knows her products. I purchased tinted moisturizer, concealer, lipstick, and root cover-up. She product tested several items to give me the best color choice and explained why my lips are always chapped. Ask for her by name if you too need help with product selections.

It had been a while since I’ve been in Kohl’s. Every time I walked past an associate they smiled and said hi. There was one associate and her name was Avalina she went above and beyond she greeted me showed me where things were, and explained how the coupons and Kohls cash worked. We definitely need more people in customer service like this young lady.

I look forward to interacting with cashier by the name of Gordon. He’s always so friendly and kind.Don’t mind traveling eight miles out of my way for outstanding customer service.

Very clean store, well stocked. Customer service is lacking but it is what I have come to expect at this chain store. Not terrible, just lacking.

I went to kohls to buy a winter jacket after spending weeks on Amazon. I ordered three winter coats from Amazon and had to return them all! We went to Kohls, and I walked out with not one but 4 coats. Our cashier Sam was so friendly and patient and explained all coupons and savings with a smile on her face. I have always liked shopping at Kohls and have noticed that they are getting better. The stores look tidier and cleaner. Merchandise is presented well. The stores have excellent quality clothing, name brands too. Their new stylish look is more appealing to old and young alike. Thanks, Kohls, for a great shopping experience.

On a recent visit to the Kohl's store on Woodruff Rd in Greenville, SC I inadvertently set my wallet down and walked away without realizing I had not put it back in my purse. Within 15 minutes, my name was called over the PA system and I was asked to report to the customer service desk. Store associate Liz had found my wallet where I had set it down on a display, and store associate Jill had set it safely aside for me. Without the integrity of Liz & Jill, I don't know how long I would have gone without realizing my wallet was missing. I applaud both their compassion and sense of responsibility. I'm not sure in today's society that everyone would have been quite so honest, but I am grateful for them doing the right thing. Thank you so much, ladies!!!

Kohl’s on Woodruff Rd. Greenville, SC is one of the cleanest, most friendly Kohl’s I have encountered. I have shopped Kohl’s in 3 different states. The staff at this particular location are outstanding. It is a pleasurable experience to shop at this Kohl’s, and I highly recommend it.

Sephora is now open at Kohl's; a smaller version of it. There are always sales going on. You can find some name brand items. They also have a variety of brand name perfumes, seasonal gift items, plus size clothing, men's department, electronics, housewares, baby & children's clothing, home goods and toys. They are open late on Sunday. There is an Amazon return at customer service.
