AT&T Store

We unfortunately came at an extremely busy time (unbeknownst to us) but Drew helped me and 2 family members along with several other customers in the store. It was way too much for one person to do but he didn’t complain once. William was extremely helpful with finishing our phone setup and taking our trade-ins. I’d recommend both gentlemen but strongly recommend not coming at 4 or when it looks busy!

The store is spacious and has a good variety of accessories for your phone so u can walk out ready to go. Drew, the manager, is very capable. Smart, patient and caring. I came in with an issue with my purchase and Drew was very understanding. He stayed late to make sure all my information was transferred to a new phone and that everything was set up as it should be. I would recommend this store and Drew. Even when he needs to multitask across numerous customers, he keeps it all together and gets it done.

Let me start by saying I almost never write reviews and I am not gaining anything from writing this one. Drew is amazing and can help you and 10 others all with a smile on his face. For him to have as many people as we saw today and both acknowledge and assist everyone is nothing short of a miracle on a Monday morning! You need a new phone? Drew has you. You want to switch the whole family over? Drew can do that too. You just need someone to talk to? I bet he will help you with that as well. AT&T if you seriously pay attention to these please do what you can to support this guy. My name is Greg and I support Drew for AT&T CEO!

Lastly I never met this gentleman before today so if you're reading this thinking I'm just hyping up a friend you guessed wrong. I'm just letting the world know about a cool guy who will make time at the phone store painless.

I went to buy a new iPhone today and I am so glad I went to the AT&T store in Hackettstown. Drew, the young man who runs this store, deserves a promotion or at the very least a raise. He knows his stuff but more important than that he is extremely personable. When I told him I am not very tech savvy he said no problem and he handled everything. As long as Drew is running this store its the only one I will go to. Thanks for all your help my friend.

Came in first thing this morning because I was having issues with my iPhone & needed a new sim card. Drew helped me out and made the fix in no time! He was so patient and kind, and made what typically can be a stressful experience with tech stress-free. I appreciate all of his help & I’m glad this is my AT&T store!

I messed up my screen protector and was in need of a new one and Kyle smith and the other representatives there helped me pick out a new one and even put it on for me, I was in and out in 5 Minutes, excellent customer service thanks Kyle.

Best customer service I have had a phone store. Informative on all brands and models. I said I had a time constraint and they got me out with more than enough time. There is a very welcoming and professional staff at this store. If you use AT&T as your provider consider using this store for future purchases.

I was in the store last night to purchase a new phone. I was helped by Ben and Cosette. They both were amazing. I would also like to share that when I was there a very rude woman who was making quite the scene. Ben explained the store policy over and over to her, but she kept demanding that she was right. Even my 16 year old son commented to me about how rude the woman was being. Ben handled himself very professionally and tried to rectify the situation. I have to say I was very impressed about he way he handled himself.

My husband & I came into this store yesterday, each needing a new phone. The store is very organized, everything was easy to see. Jude was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, ( I had lots of questions), & friendly. Sense of humor was a bonus! We’re very happy with our new phones. Will definitely return.

Yesterday, I received absolutely superlative service from this store. The previous reviews are not mistaken- Drew provides knowledgeable, efficient, and people-centered customer service. While I was purchasing a phone and iPad, I observed Drew answering phone calls and greeting everyone who entered the store while seamlessly and effectively evaluating each client’s needs and level of expertise. Drew is the epitome of “grace under pressure”. It was readily apparent that he was selling every customer the product that was the best “fit” for their habits and lifestyle, while also ensuring that they benefitted from the current special offers.
Ben was the trainee staff member also present yesterday. While he was new to the position, he also ensured that every customer felt welcome and valued. It was obvious that Ben, like Drew, enjoyed his position, and was quite an asset to this store. Ben was patient and knowledgeable; explaining key components of new products at the level which was appropriate for my expertise.
I highly recommend purchasing your next phone, iPad or watch from this location. Incredible customer service!

Went to Hackettstown AT+T store based on their ratings. Did not disappoint. Kyle patiently helped me work my way through my complex decision making process re phones to reach the best personal outcome. He was knowledgeable, thorough, understanding, and a gentleman. The store manager whose name I missed (sorry), also offered helpful advice for protecting my phone and data. Wish they were closer to my home!

Went into AT&T to do a cross upgrade. In the past, we have gone there a couple years back for technical service and not had a lot of success. However, this time was great we worked with Drew. He was awesome and was able to technically help us switch things over plus sell us a new phone and accessories and he even help save us money on our bill. He was really nice so I would recommend if you’re heading in there to seek out Drew and he will take care of you.

Switched to AT&T First Net a couple months ago. Stopped in today to add another line for my daughter. Ben and Drew knocked it out of the park again. They searched the best deal and saved us money again!!!!! Thank you gentleman for excellent customer care and service.
