Kohl's

I was able to find what I needed. An associate ( sorry didn’t get her name, she was arranging the last of your Christmas items at the front of the store at Sephora entrance) was very helpful to show me where one item I was looking for. None in stock but I was late looking for it.

Superb customer service! The gentleman who checked me out was so helpful. He even carried the large Christmas snowman to my car! Customer care at it's very best!

I was looking for Xmas gifts at Marshalls but was not finding anything. I decided to go to Kohl's. I found everything I was looking for and then some at great prices. I should have started there first. The customer service is always excellent.

Store associate (Amber) was very courteous and took initiative to ensure senior citizen discount was applied during checkout. Store manager (Candice) provided effective staff training to staff. She responded promptly to customer request for one-on-one dialogue, along with further assistance from desk member (Kathy), to ensure a satisfying customer experience. This positive customer service, as well as high quality of products is what makes me want to shop at this store.

This is a typical Kohls store but the people who work here focus on customer service. They are extremely helpful. Best of all there is an I store Sephora here now. If you make an Amazon return here you get an in store coupon.

The Saturday before Christmas was crazy, but the lines moved quickly, and every employee was helpful and delightful! This store is always bright and clean and well organized, and today was no exception.

I'm always at Kohls no matter what town I live in or pass by. There's always a birthday or holiday I'm looking to buy for or just to buy for me. I can never go wrong there for either a male or a female or just for decorations. This Kohls in Hackettstown is very big and spacious and has a large assortment of every category!!! I love it. 10 Stars!!!

This is my favorite Kohl’s! The associates are friendly and fast with customer service and checkout. The store is tidy and the selection is great, as you would expect from Kohl’s.

I visited only Sephora department and the lady working there was great.She was the only one covering the area and managed to multitask between assisting the customers and running the register.

Wow this was my first time at this beautiful and very big Hackettstown Store! It was nice and comfortable to shop around and not feel cramped in the isles. The Employees are Super friendly and helpful and make sure you get every cent of your discounts! I love the setup in this store nice and clean and not cluttered. It was a very pleasant experience to shop there. 5 Stars!!!! This is also the easiest to park at as well. The parking lot is very spacious, and Kohl's is the last store at the strip mall so it's very easy to find a spot and 2 separate doors to walk through. Very nice!!!

Love their sales and most of the cashiers are very friendly and helpful.
