John was very helpful, explained everything very thoroughly and answered all our questions. We walked in thinking we wanted a Samsung fold, but with additional information we decided to upgrade to a Samsung 24 Ultra. Very helpful staff.

Sydney and Dayna were amazing! Dayna helped to get phones for our entire family and Sydney helped to set up all of our accounts making sure and our physical phones. Sydeny made a point make sure I had all the accessories I needed since I was switching to the C charger. She was also great about making sure my screen protector was perfect! Excellent customer service from JR today! Wanted to switch from the Samsung S22 ultra to the S23 Ultra and the whole process was quick and efficient! He had a smile on his face the whole time and was very down to earth! I highly recommend this verizon store!!
