Excellent service, they listened to my explanation of my problem, asked good follow up questions and had a good idea what might be the root cause of my problem before I left. They found and fixed the problem on the same day.

brought in a old computer that would not power on and had them test it. turns out all that was wrong was that the power button itself went bad. they happened to have a replacement part so they put it in. these guys know their stuff!

Awesome service, needed a hard drive and they exceeded my expectations with their help!

A hidden gem

I purchased an anti-virus plan that renewed annually for approximately $35. Recently, I was on an extended business trip when I received a bill/reminder to pay the annual renewal. I did not have a checkbook with me, so I offered to pay by credit card. The company would not accept credit card payment unless I paid an additional fee, which was not disclosed when I bought the plan and never agreed to. I informed the business that I would pay if they waived their fee, which I was not willing to pay for obvious reasons. The owner refused even though I was willing and ready to pay in full for the service, as agreed.

I assured the owner that I would write a check upon my return home and pay the bill in full. The owner threatened to shut off my virus protection if I did not pay within 24 hours. I told him that I would hold his company responsible if any data was destroyed as a result of his actions.

The owner now says that the service will be shut down for non-payment sometime tomorrow. As a result, I will now have to hire someone to install a new virus protection program from over 1,000 miles away.

This afternoon, I received an email from the owner complaining that I posted a negative review of his company on Yelp. In his emails, he listed private websites that have been accessed through my computer and threatened to keep my data for future litigation without my permission. You can’t make this stuff up.
