Mr. Ed was perfect!!!! He was genuinely sweet and so informative. He had a wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. He helped me purchase a battery and installed it for me. He explained how to put it in for me step by step and answered all my questions! I hope he works here forever! As long as he works here, I’m coming here for all my auto “stuff” purchasing needs!!

This Autozone has great service and they’re really prompt with the customer service. I actually walked into the store when customer service rep Micah was dealing with a nasty customer. He kept his composure and tried to share knowledge with the customer. However the customer was completely wrong and uniformed. However Micah handle my concern with care. He was courteous and gave me great advice. I have mechanical background and I appreciate the fact that if I didn’t have experience in automotive he would have given me sound advice as a customer.

I was looking for key fobs for my 15 equinox. I spoke with Anna. She was able to give me all of the information possible on my key fobs and suggestions on which one she recommended to order. As I was about to order I was able to find my key fob. However, I plan to order one now to have an extra one. Anna was very helpful with making the decision on which one to choose. She was very patient as well.

Hard working staff, Great personality, step in the right direction from your typical parts store. If they don’t have it they’ll try to get you in the right direction. It’s hard to find good help nowadays and they are willing to help.

Service was great here, everyone is so nice and they always have the parts I need in stock and the prices are some of the best I’ve seen.

Here's what happened my car had a flat tire and we call AutoZone see if they have a tire inflator and when we got there that is use it all about fix a flat try to repair the tire and it didn't work. So we had to use our other tire that had to fix and it was a fight trying to Fairway to Jack the car at the right height and then had a jack so I bought one and it didn't work but they went extra mile and help me all the way they try to help me with different Jack it didn't work and trying other ideas where you can help raise it up higher still didn't work then and they call a friend from bass tires hey he got done in 5 minutes and it was such a blessing so I want to give a thank you and appreciation to Mr Allen and the team for just trying to trying to help out try his best to find solutions to the problem this is what customer service is all about you you could you go extra mile and you stick with it until the end until they satisfied till they good to go I appreciate them they deserve the five stars even more cuz there was 10 they said they should have a 10. So if you want some real service that does that come to this one. And one more thing it took me but took us three and a half hours that's how long they was with us. How about them apples. This review is not car related in the slightest but the two gentleman working today (04/22/2022) around 10:30am went above and beyond for me when they could’ve easily said no. I am 7 months pregnant and went to visit the new liquidation store that had just opened up and purchased a heavy wooden changing table that weighed about 80lbs and unfortunately the workers in the liquidation store would not help me load it into my SUV so I decided to call Auto Zone which is located directly in front of the liquidation store and asked them for help since I was alone and my husband was at work and they were quick to come help me load it into my car no questions asked. I can not thank these gentleman enough for going above and beyond their job descriptions to help a struggling pregnant lady. Thank you so much and I hope your management appreciates you as much as they should!

My company uses Auto Zone for all our truck parts. Kelly in company business accounts always checks to see if the part is available, if not she makes sure we receive it in the shortest length of time possible. I’m always greeted with a smile. Excellent customer service. A nice gentleman named Micah helped me and my boys purchase and put on some windshield wipers.

Michael Barletta who is Auto Zone’s store manager of store 6449 was the most helpful and kind of any I’ve ever known. My sister in law (a widow) and I were stranded in Goldsboro NC in need of an alternator repair and he offered to replace the alternator of her vehicle. At first we thought it was just the battery but upon second testing and after replacing the battery, we found that the alternator needed replacing which he did without charging us. Michael is the best.
