Office Depot

I stopped by here with my wife after grabbing lunch at Fogo De Chao. I never been to this Office Depot but it worked out for us because my wanted a multifunction pen. I parked at the Topanga Village parking area but there decent amount of parking spots in the plaza this store is at. When we walked in, I saw that the store is pretty spacious and has a lot to offer. I saw on the right that they had binders over there so I figure the pens will be there too which it was. My wife found the multifunction pen she was looking for and purchase it. The store is very quiet and there are staff throughout the store if you need any assistance.

I was very satisfied with the help (Muriel) I received and the product that I bought.

Customer service at this office depot location was excellent. Rodney and Lethi were really kind and helpful even though it was busy. My large poster print order was done within 30 min.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. i bought a desk from this location and the top of the desk had a Crack in it so I called to see what we can do and they asked me to bring the top in so we can replace it for free, we were helped by Ron and Esteban and the rest of the great staff who were amazing and were great help!

First time visiting this store and was greeted by a very friendly man who walked me to the area of the product I wanted. I never would have found it without him. The Clerk at the check out showed me how to use the device and was also very friendly. An excellent experience on a very hot 111 degree day.

Vyenna was soooo helpful. I needed pictures printed and she was so patient to help me get the right quality. She was even helping everyone else that walked up at the same time multitasking like a pro

Great in-store selection so that you can actually see and feel what you are buying. Also, I can’t recall feeling more well treated than I was at the store Rod and Muriel are the best. Thanks!

Though the Woodland Hills store interior looks a bit worn, the service you receive is incredible. If you're looking for old school great customer service, this is the place to go!

⭕ I had a pleasant experience shopping for a simple office technology from this store. Yesterday, June 15, 2023 at 3 to 3.5 pm. 😇Not only was the price more reasonable than other stores in person and online, but the humane and professional behavior of the staff there impressed me. In today's world we need kindness and human attention more than anything. While businesses are moving towards the use of robots, and while sometimes even robots and automatic machines are more empathetic than some crews working in businesses! Congratulations to the staff of this branch for the reasons I said above, and to myself who had the chance to buy from them.🙏🏻🥰

My husband and I had another great shopping experience at Office Depot Woodland Hills (Topanga Canyon & Erwin). We seem to always find what we're looking for and if it's not in stock they will order it and have it delivered to you directly free of charge. This time we were wanting a simple black & white printer. The customer service is always great, but this time we want to acknowledge Rodney for being the best sales associate ever! He listen to what we wanted, was knowledge about the product and pointed us to exactly what we was looking for. He noticed the hat my husband was wearing and thanked him for his service. It was the day before Veterans Day. To our surprise, at check out, he gave us a 20% discount on the items we were purchasing. His friendly demeanor, throughout our time in the store, made our whole shopping experience a pleasure from start to finish. Office Depot better hold on to him.
