AT&T Store

My name is Josephine Walter. I went to the AT&T store on Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Woodland Hills. I had a problem with my receiver on my phone. I didn’t want to buy a new phone. I wanted to keep this phone and Bryant was The representative that helped me out. I want you to know that he was extremely helpful. We tried everything from pricing a new phone to having an a refurbished phone delivered but I was really adamant about keeping my own phone. He referred me to Nelson from the phone spa and I’m gonna be dropping off the phone to him. Nelson will fix it for only $50. I’m so happy I could keep my iPhone 12. Thank you so much Bryant!! You deserve a raise or a promotion! Moreover, the AT&T store in Tarzana didn’t even help me out much didn’t tell me I had insurance didn’t do half of whatever Bryant did!! Thank you! 😊

Went this location & sales named Jon was very detailed & helpful with my phone issue. He went over & beyond great customer service. Hopefully I don’t have to return for a while, but if I do, I hope to have Jon help me or at least someone as nice & knowledgeable as him.

When I walked in there were so many customers that I turned around to leave and I was approached by a female who asked my name to check in and said it would be very quick. I sat down and 30 seconds later the store manager Esdras introduced himself to me and then helped me. He was amazing. He was funny, patient and knowledgeable. Tiffany also helped me and was also very nice and got me in and out within five minutes!

My experience was wonderful. I was greeted immediately upon entering. My reason for visiting the store was to upgrade a device. After all my questions were answered, I got the device I wanted. Bryant was so knowledgeable and helpful; he even set up my device for me. Everyone at the store was helpful, courteous and very professional.

The whole store was welcoming and helpful. Bryant was the sales rep that assisted me. He was super informative and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and everything was resolved in no time. I always love coming to this store even though I have closer ones to my house.

My experience @ AT&T was absolutely fantastic. The whole team Kiley, Estefania, Priscilla, Alexandria, Eddy, Kristian, & Jonathan were all very knowledgeable, patient, and most of all empathetic to my situation. Yes, the entire team helped me out. Even the security guard, Faith, was kind while escorting out this gentleman with Beta Energy. You would be a fool to go anywhere else. Not to mention the entire crew was very ascetically pleasing to looking at. Another plus about this location.

We had an amazing experience getting a new line, iPad and iPhone. We were helped by Kathy and Estefania. They literally took such good care of us and were so patient. Customer service was amazing! Many thanks to them.

Had a great experience with representative Priscilla G. during this busy season at AT&T. She was very knowledgeable in the products I wanted to learn about and answered all my questions. Her can do attitude with her customers and attention to detail is exemplary to say the least. I appreciate representatives who go the extra mile such as Priscilla.

We were greeted right away and informed that there were 2 people ahead. During our wait another rep checked on us. The rep that assisted was excellent and provided different options for our needs. We didn't mind the wait time as we could hear management dealing with a difficult customer and I thought they did a great job to keep everything under control.

Bryant at the Woodland Hills CA store is incredible. He was so very helpful to my husband and me. We both bought new phones and he was most helpful and patient in showing us how to set up the phone and answered all our questions, even if the questions were very simple.

Jon at the AT&T store on Topanga in Woodland Hills did a great job helping us adding 2 phone lines and upgrading a phone. He explained everything in detail from changing providers to upgrading and turning in your old phone, insurrance and other questions we had as a family. He was very helpful and patient and we felt comfortable the whole time.

Got my phone to be transferred and traded and all went perfectly.
Tiffany was amazing and very professional.
Just love her service.

Rigo helped me out. He was super knowledgeable and helpful.
