One of the best experiences! Saleema and Marshall made this the best experience of shopping for a mattress. They were so patient and made sure to answer all of our questions. By far the best Ashley’s furniture location with the BEST customer service. Thank you for your help and guidance! We will Will definitely come back to them for any future Ashley purchases!

Patricia and Salema were so helpful and made the process so seamless and enjoyable. We started with a new couch and came back to order another bed frame and they helped us to plan our whole delivery! Kind, easy-going, and fantastic. Thank you!!

Boris was awesome no pressure and very patient. Explains everything very well. Selema was also helpful with getting the sale and credit finished.

David was incredibly helpful during my visit. I had a total of three bedrooms to furnish and he was incredibly patient throughout the entire experience. He kept me informed with delivery statuses and even went out of his way to follow-up after the delivery was completed. I would most definitely recommend the Canoga Park store time and time again.

The staff at Ashley Furniture in Canoga Park is always so helpful and the prices are great. Luigi our sales associate was so kind
and even assisted us in making the best decision for our purchase. My wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service.

I recently visited this store in search of a new couch. Allen was immediately attentive as soon as I walked into the store, let me know he was available for questions, and gave me the space to look around and take the options in myself (which I REALLY appreciated). When I was ready to ask questions, he was right there to answer them and even helped me put some options together based on what I was looking for! I didn’t buy while I was there, but I will absolutely request Allen when I return!

Walked in, looking for a bedroom set was greeted by Patricia, she was very nice and polite and helped me look @ all the different options they had to offer. Then we walked over to customer service counter and was helped by Allison. She was very knowledgeable and helped me look @ some of the items they had online.

Saleema and Lizandro were very helpful during our purchase process! This is the second time we’ve been to this store to make large purchases for bedroom sets and we couldn’t be happier with the furniture and the service. Highly recommend!

Sunday November 12/2023 my son & I visited Ashley Store in Canoga Park CA, We were assisted by Patricia, we ended up buying a full size bed and mattress for my sons room, I am writing this review you Thank Patricia for great customer service, front desk Lady which helped us with our payment, the store manager which gave us discount & all delivery crew for being on time. We had a very good experience & one very satisfied customer :)

Saleema and Marshal were so patient with us! We changed our mind maybe 15 times on which mattress we want and they stayed patient with us explaining everything we needed to know about each mattress. If anyone needs anything from Ashleys furniture go to Saleema and Marshal! 10 stars if I could.

Edith and Sara were wonderful sales associates. They really helped me find great accent pieces for my office and studio. Very helpful and very knowledgeable.

I was here today dealing with the decorating need for the holidays and the store manager Leigh was incredibly helpful. He show me a variety of solutions a different price points. I can’t wait to come back and do more of the house. Definitely worth a visit his exceptional make sure and ask for him.

Ashley Furniture store helped me locate a few stores that had my discontinued bedroom set. I was so happy to be able to drive to get what I needed that they didn’t have. Nice salespeople always willing to help! I blight my bedroom set with Ashley Furniture! They are great! They ordered the night stand on line for me from the discontinued set I was have. Amazing! The Canoga Park Staff is awesome. Particularly Gavin, the sales person that assisted me with my purchase. Gavin is very knowledgeable of the store’s inventory as well as kind & courteous. The mgr. Lee was very polite & helpful during my phone call the day prior to my visit.
I will continue to shop at this particular store even though it’s quite stroll from my home :))

Went into Ashley’s Furniture Canoga Park and Luigi greeted us and was very helpful and answered all our questions. He is very friendly and we are very satisfied with his service. The dining table we bought is a quality set and are very happy. We will definitely be back for future purchases.
