Beatrice is the nicest cashier i’ve come across these days. Super sweet lady and will help you out anyway she is able to. A good representation of how well Lowe’s employees should treat their valued customers.

Met such helpful employees today. Brandon stood out today. He immediately asked if I needed assistance. He led me to the product I was looking for and made sure it fit the part I brought in. All ready and willing to assist and load the car! Found everything needed. Everything clean and orderly. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible and handicap parking. Automatic sliding doors. Customer Assistance and Customer Returns upon entering. Rental trucks.

There's lots of staff members here who are very helpful. the nursery has a great selection of all types of fruit trees flowers and other plants. The parking lot is fairly big.some of the employees may act nonchalant but if you ask them they will assist you.

Love this place! Unmatched customer service. When my truck was too heavy, Jonathan checked my tires to make sure it was safe to drive! Leo and Ángel in building materials wouldn’t let me leave without finding what I needed. Nobody anywhere treats customers like this. Thank you!

Lowes employees over Home Depot any day of the week. Everyone in this place has always been nice, and most importantly courteous. I'm a guy but I'll be the first to admit. I don't know anything about man stuff when it comes to tools and fixing things. So I ask questions. This is the place to do thAt if you don't want to feel belittled.

Always has what I'm looking for and when I need help for anything, I am able to find and get help right away.

Nice big garden section. Help may be hard to find on a busy weekend but it’s there if you look hard enough. Well laid out store with a big parking lot. Huge seasonal displays!

This location is very clean and spacious.Employees are friendly and approachable.
They have a great garden center with lots of garden and outdoor accessories.
There is plenty of parking in their tree shaded lot with easy in and out access.
It's tucked away in a quieter corner of Northridge.
It's not close to me but it is worth the trip.

Went to pick up a couple of garden items. Not busy. Easy to find what we needed. Dog friendly. Nice employees

I ordered a mower online to pick up curbside. My order was ready within two hours and I did not wait long for it once I arrived to pick it up. The whole thing was seamless . I just wish Lowe’s had this product available at a Lowe’s closer to me. The girl who came out to bring the mower was super efficient and hardworking.

Love this Lowes location. The staff is always super friendly, online orders are ready quickly. Things are always in stock and there’s always parking. I’ve never had an issue here.

Great place to shop. Prices are five percent lower than Home Depot. Very helpful and polite employees unlike Home Depot. Home depot is less than a mile from my place, but I drive the fourteenth minutes to go to Lowe's.i also like the cleanliness and atmosphere of Lowe's.

Don’t get 1x3s at Home Depot - if you grab them at Lowe’s price is right and better quality. I just wish they sold Milwaukee tools.

Gotta love Lowe's. This is my go-to stop for all things home repair/improvement, appliances, gardening, cleaning tools and products. We also purchased new flooring, and various upgrades for our home. Which They also installed and did a Great job! We purchased some blinds just this weekend. Cathy was great. Experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful. Nice lady.

Did order pickup several times at this location. Order is ready within minutes with easy locker pickup. Its faster then I could find the items in the store
