Brought my 2007 tahoe in for the takata airbag recall. They were very quick about getting me checked in and checked out. The work performed was also very quick. Did a great job, the service counter had warned me about my cracked dash and me knowing very well that it would likely crack worse with the airbag recall performed (no worries there, we should all know they crack easier than thin concrete under a semi truck) my dashboard looks exactly the same with no new cracks even though i expected it and would have been just fine with it as its so common. So great job at being careful and thank you for taking care of my project/daily driver vehicle. Very friendly staff.

I was greeted by a friendly staff member as soon as I got out of my truck in the service bay, they took my information and told me it would be done pretty quickly, and invited me to wait in the lounge where I got a delicious cup of coffee. My technician showed me two air filters that he said I may want to replace and we made a plan to take care of it the next time I’m in, he also let me know I should probably do a tire rotation based on my mileage which we did decide to get taken care of that day as well. An oil change and tire rotation was only $116! I have paid $189 for just an oil change at Val online before so I was blown away at the deal to go along with top notch service. My tech also helped me apply my Chevrolet points which I thought was awesome he didn’t make it seem like it was an inconvenience in any way and was extremely patient and understanding while I found my member number. I will never take my vehicle anywhere but to Fridley friendly Chevrolet they really know how to take care of there customers!

Had an oil change/tire rotation appointment. Was early there, it was the first one for the vehicle. They made sure to comp the oil change and rotation. Even got it washed. Everything went well and was done in a timely manner.

There was a lot of unforeseen issues with my car within a year of me buying it. Every sales advisor I worked with did a wonderful job at trying to cut costs for me and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I appreciate everyone involved. My car is now running smooth thanks to the mechanics.

When I purchased my pre owned vehicle, the sales floor was having a very busy Saturday. They did fit me in, but I didn’t feel super priority. However, a couple things came up shortly after buying my car and after an initial quote of repairs, I spoke with the service department and was able to get my vehicle repaired to the shape I thought it was in when I bought it without having to reach into my own pockets. To be fair, I don’t think the dealership knew electrical things were about to go when they sold it to me.
Everything with the service department was top notch and I definitely can say they’re indeed “Friendly.”

Friendly has a large selection of Silverados so I was able to find the right one for me. On top of that they have the best price and a fair value on trade in. Their process is quick and employees are top notch. Thank you Tony and the rest of the Friendly team!

This is my third lease from Friendly Chevrolet. They are always super friendly and answer any questions I have. My car sales man I have worked with my last 2 lease is welcoming and nice. And always reaching out through my lease to make sure things are going well.

Everything fell into place! We drove from out of state(3 hrs) to pickup our new truck. James was calling to check with us on the way over for arrival time. We arrived & did test drive. Battery wouldn’t charge on my Bolt while I was working 85 miles away from home. Had less than 30 miles left on the battery. Looked up Electric Certified Dealerships in the area and started calling. First ones I called couldn’t help me for over a MONTH nor would they offer me a loner car. Called Friendly Chevrolet. They were able to get me in the same day. They were also out of loner vehicles but after some maneuvering dropped me into a brand new vehicle to use so I could get back home. Called the next day to let me know after exhaustive research with GM it was determined I would need a new battery. They replaced the battery in the amount of time they said it would take and also reached out to GM to see if I could get my fuel reimbursed that I had to purchase for the loner. When this was unsuccessful they offered me free tire rotations and agreed to ship me new wiper blades to my house. Everybody I worked with was extremely nice and went the extra mile to get me home that day.

Tony did an excellent job. Tony took the time to listen to the options I wanted and found the truck I was looking for. Tony also took the time to go over all the features the truck has and made sure I was informed of their operations.

Very pleasant, I have a busy life so my salesman Mitch understands my situation and got everything ready for me to get my new truck. Also financial department was processing my loan very fast as well. Very professional team at the dealer.

Fridley Chev was extremely fast. A 30 min oil change took about 15! I felt like I sat down and then they were done. Everyone was very kind to me and showed me where the waiting area was. I also went back a few days later to get some help with my cold weather grill cover as I couldn’t get 2 of the clips on. They helped me in a matter of minutes and were also very nice. I will be going back!

J.B. the sales rep, was completely knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions. The friendly attitude of all personnel made my purchase a breeze and I got what I wanted at a price better than I expected. I definitely would recommend this friendly dealership.

I had a fantastic experience, we were greeted the moment we walked in, and got exactly what we needed from sales manager, Jake! He paired us with Dalles who was fantastic to work with, he found me several options and helped me find what is right for me! Greg was a godsend with his help on financing! I was even introduced to the GM and was made to feel like I was a part of the friendly chev fam!

I would like to start by saying if you are ever going to call here for help ask for Torre, we had forgotten to order a part from them and didn't have all the information readily available when we had called back to order this part, but luckily, Torre went out of her way to go to the parts department and untangle the mess that I had brought her over the phone. In the nicest way possible told me to hold on and not worry because and I quote "I'm going to go out of my way to figure this out for you because I am trying to bring back true customer service" To no surprise whatsoever she genuinely figured out the entire problem and got my part ordered and sent out to the correct address, I cannot recommend these guys enough and if your looking for customer service you will never forget you know where to go.
