White Castle

I usually don't write reviews, but the experience I had yesterday (Friday) morning was exceptional! When I walked in the staff was happily working together. They were all so cheerful and smiley! Couldn't believe how clean and organized the inside was, as I've been at other White Castles that were skuzzy. Thanks for making my day!

I don’t know if there was a change in management or employees but surprisingly I had a perfect order and friendly employee on drive through. In the past the employees seemed to not care about their jobs or customers. Was treated like a nuance and 9 times out of 10 something was wrong with my order that I would have to ask to get fixed, but they always corrected it! I’m extremely happy with my recent visit and hope that friendly service will be the new normal for this location!

I love White Castle. It's an institution. An experience. So many choices. The prices are so reasonable. I always get great service. My order is always perfect. I can't wait to go back again. Bacon Cheeseburgers and Onion Chips are my favorite. But I eat all over the menu. Chocolate Shakes are so Chocolate!

I always do the drive thru, very consistent food, I go here 5 or 6 times a year. Check out this onion nugget I recently got! Had to laugh!!!

The place was clean, well until I tracked in snow it was. :-) The food was hot and tasty. Honestly the best White Castle I have had in awhile. When I asked Keyontay for extra onions he was very polite and professional. Uncharacteristic enough in fast food that I actually went back just to get his name for this review. 5 stars all the way.

Good food, fantastic atmosphere. Clean open and spacious!

Well at first the employees were arguing with each other but then after the one left all went smoothly and the dining room was clean the bathroom was clean too and they were very polite

Ordered a LOT on site. They missed some of the burgers but manager was wonderful and admitted the guys on the table had the number right. We way over ordered, but everything was great and fresh

It's white castle, what more do you want? Oh yeah, crave case in under 5 minutes was a hoot. Whoever that was that could put a burger in a box in under a second was amazing to watch.

Food was cooked fresh and great customer service.

was very personable friendly and I would just a completely awesome sauce our order was taking a quick timely manner did a couple few good jokes when we showed up at the window looking paid him you got to give it to all our food exactly we wanted!!!

We are definitely coming back to this White Castle again and I love the extra ranch that was provided!!!

This is the first White Castle I had ever been to, as a toddler, with my grandma. It became our thing to sneak out of the house and run errands and stop at this location. As an adult, I moved 1800 miles away and there were no White Castles. Once I came back to MN, my daughters were introduced to their first slider at this location, my first time back to White Castle. It's always this one. The staff are still so friendly, even on a Friday night. The food is always hot. This will forevermore be my #1 location.

My husband and I drive through and got some mac & cheese nibblers for an afternoon snack. They were super-hot and delicious. White Castle’s customer service was as delightful as ever; I swear I have never had an unfriendly or rude server, and that’s saying something for a big, corporate fast food chain. The best burger at any fast food joint? Not a burger. It's the impossible burger at white castle. Beefier than the beef slider. It's thicker and more tender. A little Smokey. No 1000 calorie bun and special sauce to cover a lack of taste. Simple and great. Nice staff here too.

Just got breakfast here and the overnight staff got everything perfect! Staff are honestly the best at a White Castle that I've ever encountered; Usually people at any given location are obviously not happy to work there, but not at this one, from my experiences.

I'm really happy we have a White Castle in Forest Lake. We hardly have any nice places but for fast food I like the variety. I also like that they are open all night and the people are friendly. I highly reccomend them and one other place so if you get that craving stop in.

Was just visiting Minneapolis and made sure we stop by our favorite White Castle on Central thank you Mario for making our night nothing but kind and courteous we will be back.
