2nd time with this joint, and I've got to say it's been incredible both times. I had different sets of employees both times, and they've all been amazing. So knowledgeable and helpful. They described and explained everything perfectly. I'm not experienced at all, and they were all just rad in their approach to helping me. The prices are beyond fair or better. And it seems they always have sales and specials going on. I've tried the diamond cones, and they were amazing. A whole new experience. I got a Delta 8 cart, which I'll review soon. But I'm sure it'll be just what the dude inside described. Give this place a shot for sure.

Edit: there is a man named Joe. I've conversed with this man on multiple occasions about what he may recommend for certain things. He's been 100% accurate on all accounts. Please give this man a raise and I'll shop here for ever😂

Amazing customer service and phenomenal prices. Half the price I was paying most other places. Staff here is fantastic, this is the only shop I'll be buying from and I live 40 minutes away in Dallas.

Great prices, great selection, quick, simple and easy going with knowledgeable and friendly workers. That's how all smokeshop experiences should be IMO

First time in the shop - went for vape juice. Super friendly chick at the counter, great input about trying new brands of juice. She even kicked me a 10% discount for being 1st time customer! Prices are as good or better than other shops in Salem .. was really impressed by how clean, neat, and organized the whole shop is. I'll be back!!

Best prices in town, and even better service! No matter who is working I always leave feeling like "man, that's my favorite clerk in there!" Cheapest vapes in town too, along with the best selection of flavors! I'd rather wait if they're out in order to support a great place! Better than paying the outrageous prices of their competitors too!

This place is great! The Regional Manager has been into my place of employment several times with the most upbeat vibes so I decided to check the place out & I'm so impressed.

We were immediately greeted by a sweet employee who helped guide us through the store and what they have to offer. She let us know about all of their sales, deals, products and more but not in a pushy way. She also gave us our space to shop and discuss.

The products are beautiful, the shop is super cozy, parking was easy & the prices are outstanding. We got a pile of tickets for a raffle just for shopping, too. Amazing place, great employees all the way from the sales floor to Regional Management.

The staff was friendly, informative and very understanding of my needs for e-liquid. Made a great recommendation on a brand I never tried before and I am loving it!
Also, a great selection of gorgeous glass pieces. Definitely going here for my next one!

Chandler and Jay are the most wonderful people I see every time I come in. They are up beat and super kind. Don’t get me wrong everyone else there is amazing to I just see those two the most and they are amazing best smoke shop ever highly recommend because they make the place feel like a family and a home.

Nice staff at the counter. However, the lights around the counter are so bright at night I really could not see. I'm old and have cataracts. The nice guy helped me pick a good flavor anyway ;)

Amazing experience, excellent shop with superb customer service! I called to inquire about a certain product and the young lady was so friendly on the phone I decided to stop in. I was undecided on the product I was after and debated purchasing online but the employee was so helpful and informative I had to purchase it at this shop. I had even left and came back just to purchase from this employee. Thank you again!
