In all my years I’ve never had a better experience when it comes to my postal needs being satisfied. The friendliness and professionalism from the staff was world class. I know UPS is a national chain however this location has a very friendly neighborhood charm about it. I was in a bind when I needed something of value delivered to me and I didn’t want to lose the item in transit to my apartment. So I asked the store owner if I could ship the item to their address and pick it up at a time of my convenience. The friendly UPS man insisted I deliver the valuables to his store! He really helped me out when I was dearly in need. I look forward to doing business here for many years to come! Thank you Ash! Thank you 🙏

Excellent parking. The workers are friendly and very quick. They are open on Sundays and they always have a notary which is great for me when I work all week. Also i was able to mail out my documents with the post office and it was a far greater experience than the actual post office. I will return with all my mailing needs

Ash was very helpful and kind when setting up my mailbox. Very informative and helpful. I didn’t have to ask many questions, the ones I did ask, he answered thoroughly. I definitely feel safe having my mail sent to the address I chose.

So nice to have a ups store finally open up in the neighborhood. This location in particular has the best parking. Was greeting with quick service. The clerk was very nice and was able to help me ship out my last minute Christmas gifts to family members across the states. Highly recommend coming here. Going to move my mailbox here once my old one expires.

Favorite UPS store! It’s clean; and Ash, the owner, is friendly and super helpful. This is definitely my go-to spot for shipping as well as printing!

This is a new UPS store for me and I was delighted to be helped by the manager, Ash, who helped me navigate through a bungled Amazon drop-off return. He and his colleague were kind, patient, and stayed open later so that we could complete the return. I will be coming back here and really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Thank you!!

The staff was so nice. I wasn’t even in the store yet just parked outside. They saw me through the window and came to my car and helped me with my boxes because I had my hands full with my 2 year old daughter. What great people!

This rating is because of the time and patience the employees had for me at my visit. I felt actually seen, and Ash from this location made it very easy to package and send my item. Absolutely lovely experience! Fast and efficient service accompanied by above par customer service. The parking is the best part, it’s free and there are always spots available. Associates Ash and Regina made me feel welcomed and helped me figure out my complicated Amazon return with no hassle! This is the only UPS store I’ll visit from now on!

Ash helped me with a big shipment I had for some fragile items. Although the payment was going to be covered by my company, he still managed to save me a lot by combining the contents of a couple boxes. The best service I’ve had at a UPS store.

Came to this UPS store in my neighborhood to send out some last minute gifts for the holidays and the manager was awesome. He answered all my questions and got all my packages shipped. The staff was super friendly. Parking was super easy. They even have notary! I’ll definitely be back with all my shipping needs.

This store is the best UPS Store I have been to in years! I had to get a notary completed and then send the documents overseas, which I was worried was going to be very expensive. However, The owner, Ash, helped me every step of the way and found me the most cost effective solution; truly went above and beyond with his professionalism and customer service. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! This is what true convenience and service should be- WITH EXCELLENT PARKING TOO!
