I had excellent service today with a gentleman and young lady who were very welcoming and helpful. The last store could not provide additional information on the hair color swatch book. However, the gentleman today was able to check and provided this book with a hair sample color book and was very informative. I'm definitely coming back. I wish I had asked for both their names. But I will remember their friendly faces.

Blanca is AMAZING!!! I’m going vivid again after a few years, and there have been so many great vivid products released since I was well-versed, and Blanca gave me amazing recommendations, asked specific questions to help me find the right choices for my hair type, and was just generally a joy. So over priced it’s crazy! Used to be a great place for hairdresser to pick up supplies. Even with a pro membership it’s crazy expensive.
