I came with a broken lamp and Marcelino took his time and expertise to help me get a screw out and recommended me on what was best to do, I even wanted to tip him for the help he gave me and saved me and he refused. Thanks again this Home Depot is dope everybody inside, cortnie also helped me in the electrical they did their best 💯💯

Employees are responding fast usually they all tools in stock.
I like this location and I recommend on it .

I think he is the manager at this home depot and he goes Beyond his job When you ask for his help He will do anything To get you all the materials that you need hes a good guy..

Woow ,they are amazing. I bought dolly couple months ago and came for exchange it even if it was really bad shape , they did not ask me anything and take care of so nicely . Just because of that I purchased $160 more :) . You guys got me and I d love to make more business with you .

This review is only based on 1 employee, Victoria. I needed help with information about water heater and she took me to customer service but person there said just go online. Victoria, then assist me by calling installation company and get me connected with someone. She was very helpful. This 5 stars are only based on Victoria who seems she's one of the few employees happy to help a customer.

This company has failed me. Rudeness,neglect, shunned are the adjectives that describe my visit to your stores as your loyal customer. We are in an abusive relationship and I'm ending it.

Really good location. Clean and organized. I went in for spray paint for a project and expected to have to wait forever for the one lone paint department employee to unlock the spray paint cage since he had 4 people in line. But another employee came from nowhere and quickly helped me out.

I needed a copy of a receipt from 2019. I only had half of my receipt and this wonderful young lady Gabby was able to give me a copy!! She was having trouble as I did not have much information on the piece of receipt to help, but she said “Don’t worry we are going to get it!” And she did!! Thanks to I believe, her supervisor who also assisted! Wonderful team!! So patient, helpful and sweet!! Thanks guys!!

I was at this location looking for some wood pellets. Unfortunately there was only one bag left and there was a hole in it. Without hesitation the attendant marked it down a fair amount and sent me on my way. Jorge and Kana helped ring me up after some technical difficulties. Idk what they’re paid but it’s not enough cause these people made my day, they’re awesome!

Had a really great and personal experience here! Was looking for products for a pest problem and DORIAN was patient and knowledgeable. Definitely made me feel less afraid and more confident about tackling these pests. Will come here from now on for our home necessities!! Thanks Dorian :)

Brittany was a sweetheart she helped me with my order. She actually was able to order for me here & have it where i payed for my item & to be picked up a couple days later. Very respectful & polite young lady. This young lady goes above & beyond her job from my perspective.

great morning shopping experience, store associate knew exactly what I was looking for and directed me to the aisle. fast and easy checkout as well. Home Depot usually gets a bad wrap for poor customer service, but this time everything about the service was A+

Sometimes it's amazing and sometimes you meet a few lazy workers who didnt want to help me look a product up and just wants to ask another "employee"
(that I just asked and didn't know or care to much either) so I didn't get to purchase it but other than that it's very nice home Depot and it's got great parking.

It was my 1st visit to Home Depot while social distancing. I was expecting it to be long wait and not enough staff to assist me and to my surprise, this was not the case. The staff provided EXCELLENT customer service from the time I walk in the door, until exited the store. They went out of their way to be helpful and made me feel comfortable while I was there. Reminded me of HD back in the early 90's BRAVO!
