AT&T Store

I called AT&T and spoke with Chris who immediately dropped everything to help me. Not only was he very productive in helping me, but he was very personal making the experience that much better. I am super appreciative of his support today and can definitely say it was one my best customer service experiences. It’s very obvious that Chris not only cares about his work but also the people coming in to use the service. Thank you, Chris!!

I have been coming to this AT&T store in Culver City for 10-15 years and it has been a consistently well-run business with excellent staff and management providing great service. I returned this past weekend after having not been here in a few years and man I was taken to a new level of excellence with Oscar blowing my mind. I thought I was being taped for a show and he was putting on an act, but he wasn't, he just does his job really well. He is extremely knowledgeable, offering the best information to help me make the best decisions for me, with no hustle, just genuine customer service like you don’t get anymore. I spent some time in the store and encountered multiple employees including the manager, and everyone was so nice and responsive, eager to help and take care of business. As someone who appreciates great customer service and knows how hard it is to find, I was blown away. Thank you all!

Matthew helped me out and I've never had such an easy visit to a phone store. A family member had just passed away and I was expecting a massive headache. I needed to transfer billing, prove identity and a whole bunch of other stuff. Matthew sat with me and worked it all out with compassion and professionalism. Never thought I'd be so happy about a visit to ATT.

Having just had a miserable experience with a phone order via HQ and about to go to verizon instead, I went to this store to see if I could get a new phone and watch there. Oscar and Jairo were super helpful, polite, and friendly, and made it their aim to make sure I left the store completely sorted and happy. They went above and beyond to get me sorted. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at a phone store.

I would like to say the staff is amazing! Friendly and I was acknowledge right away and taken care off by Dennis who went above and beyond. He listen to my problem and explained it pretty well & fixed my solution pretty quickly on my phone. He was very professional, efficient and funny! Anybody that has an issue he will take care of you with his excellent customer service!

I stopped in to inquire about upgrading my phone and was helped by Sales Consultant Dennis Garrido. Dennis was patient, thorough and professional as he outlined my options. I returned two days later to do the upgrade and Dennis again was very helpful and thorough as we upgraded my phone, transferred my old phone to my son and migrated all the data. I couldn’t be happier with how the transactions went and recommend this store highly.

We got lucky at the AT&T store in Culver City today (4/27/2022):
(a) the store was not crowded when we walked in.
(b) Oscar took care of us.
We could not be more pleased with Oscar's attention to the detail and nuances of our situation, his willingness to reach out when the solution seemed elusive, and his overall knowledge and patience throughout. There was a settings issue that needed to be chased down, and he did it thoroughly, patiently, and confidently throughout that the issue would be fixed.
And during the entire time, when he and his co-workers were helping customers, he took the time to check in new arrivals to assure an orderly process for all.
It was a great experience and a completely successful outcome. Thank you, Oscar!

After talking to more than 12 ATT representatives from century city and Hollywood I ended up at this store in Culver City. Luckily I got to work with Dennis who speaks both English and Spanish which was really helpful to me and was able to fix an issue I’ve been working on for 5 months. He was able to politely address my issue and fix everything quickly and efficiently and has excellent customer service skills. I am very very grateful for his help, knowledge, and hospitality. THANK YOU DENNIS G. Also I would say avoid the century city location, very poor poor experience there, come to Culver City.

Best Costumer service I had experience in a long time. Chris Cangco noticed I was having issues obtaining my account number from the kiosk, without asking offer help and was able to transfer my service to my new address plus offer to take the old modem back and returned it for me. WOW!! Very Impressive costumer service. I was in a out in less than 10 mi . Keep the good woke Chris..

Staff was attentive and extremely professional. There was a real desire to help me solve the issue with my phone . Mike, Alexis and Chris were the best I've experienced so far. They were all patient with me and did their very best to help. They are keepers. 😉
