Carrs Pharmacy

All the pharmacy staff are amazing and so helpful. They always remember my name. In addition, I have a roommate & they always ask if I need to pick her prescriptions up!! Great service! Thank you!

I feel compelled to write a review looking at the negative ones below. Carrs in Palmer has been my pharmacy for as long as I can remember (20+ years) and I've never had a negative experience with any of the employees. Always very accommodating.

I have gone to the Carr’s Palmer pharmacy for years and they have never once given me any problems. The newest employees there are just awesome, very helpful and nice. Got my Covid shot done there, and I am terrified of needles so when I say the pharmacist did a good job, he truly did. He knew I was very nervous and that I actually wanted to flee by the time he got everything ready and he did a great job of making me feel more relaxed. There’s one of the techs who I see at the window most of the time and he is just amazing. I’ll have to get his name and update this cuz he deserves some recognition. He’s always super cheerful and just makes me feel in a better mood for having talked to him for that brief time which is a great thing in the world we live in today. Good job, guys!

Always coutlrteous and friendly. The wait time is about 10-15 minutes at times.

I am amazed at what just happened today! I used to shop a Carrs often until I called the pharmacy and a lady answered the phone , I did not get her name but she said they had a prescription I needed so I sent someone to pick it up. The person I sent called me and said they never got a call and they do not have it in stock. I am not angry about them being out of stock, BUT THEY LIED STRAIT UP! I redialed my phone and got carrs pharmacy and right away the guy says "You never called here because there was no lady here this morning, and I said I never said when or what gender person I spoke too! The best part is he then says whatever and hangs up!!! Hope the worker reads this ! He is a liar and there's nothing worse than a liar but a thief and I bet he's one of those too! Goodbye Carrs With those kind of workers you won't be around much longer.

It is crazy to me that it has become acceptable for pharmacies to just close middle of the day for lunch. Oh wait, it hasn’t. It’s only carrs Palmer pharmacy that closes right in the middle of the day. What about people picking up prescriptions on their own lunch breaks? You would be far better suited to
go to any other pharmacy that cares about their customers.

Also… slowest people on the planet… wild they were able to pass the pharmaceutical exam but have no clue about customer service. A 5 year old child would be more productive then these people

At palmer alaska carrs pharmacy there is one worker there named Erin she is THE BEST! The pharmacists are all amazing. These are the reasons why I continue to go to carrs pharmacy. Everyone else that works there except for the young kid thats really sweet and outgoing, are more than EXTREMELY UNACCOMODATING!!! There are two that are the worst one is named emily she is absolutely awful, cold, and rude, and another is one that refuses to work with me on the telephone. I mainly go to this pharmacy because of the hard work and wonderful happy greetings and conversations I have with Erin and the wonderful pharmacists. But since I've heard that things are going to be changing at palmer carrs pharmacy I will be switching as soon as that change is made and they will loose my business. It's sad because I've been going there so long. Society is different nowadays. Where the customer does not come first and its "ok" to not help customers the best you can, going the extra mile, and you CAN slide through your day. Erin, thank you for being amazing at customer service, caring genuinely about all of us clients, and I will see you around🙂-always

Had a prescription for my son sent from the doctors office to this pharmacy. Show up to pick up the prescription and I am told they don’t have it. Their fax machine has been down for over two months. Seriously it’s 2021 nobody can go run up to the store and buy a new fax machine in over two months? Are fax machines on back order? Is there a shortage of fax machines in the United States of America; are they also sitting out in the barge or waiting for one of those chips from China?. Come on….

I was visiting from out of town and Malery the pharmacist was borderline incompetent, I wrote what I needed down and then she lied about seeing it. She only got me 1/2 what I needed by me calling the supplier for her. She at one point started yelling at me - I have never been treated so rudely or poorly!
My recommendation is to go elsewhere!

They are horrible, they screw up something every time I’ve tried to pick up my prescription. And every time, they’re either unpleasant to deal with or just plain rude. I’m switching pharmacies cause I don’t think anywhere else could possibly be worse.

My name is Susan Henry and boy am I mad I got a vaccination here yesterday the staff was polite and it was sterile and the nice man who injected me did a good job .he answered my questions and everyone took good care of me on a moment's notice.i do not take this lightly and here is my complaint the other carrs in wasilla has got you outranked .you were even Steven as far as professionalism and you do not get the employee of the award because my bandaid did not have the two happy faces that said I got immunized today.
