Great customer service here today! Easy parking, I had 2 returns for my friend, didn't understand the procedure with the Q codes, the young woman employee was very helpful and patient, and knew just what to do, and the customers in line were kindly patient with me as well. Thank you for the great service.

I arrived at this UPS store in a fluster after having a terrible experience at a nearby UPS store (so bad I left and took my package with me). It was refreshing to be greeted by a polite, smiling, helpful, fast and efficient woman who offered me a shipping receipt without me having to ask. She listened to my story about the nearby Tice Valley UPS location (I was really shaken!) and apologized (not her fault the employees at the other store are awful). UPS store employees are a mixed bag and the woman at this location gets 5 stars. Thank you!

Amazing customer service. New owner of a small business and it shows that she truly cares for her customers. The staff is great and very helpful. Family run business which I always try to support. I’ve seen some bad reviews but even worse customers that just don’t understand that this store is a small middleman between huge conglomerates. Kudos to this family for helping their community with this small business.

I always come here to drop off my Amazon returns. People that work here are nice and are quick to give the return receipt. It’s a small store so it can get busy but I usually just tell them I have a drop off and they’ll accommodate quickly.

Needed a notary service at the last moment at 6:30 PM , called them and they were willing to wait for me to drive there . I’m really thankful helping me in the situation when everyone else we’re closed .

I went there to ship a package overseas and the woman who was there was extremely helpful, packed the items very carefully, etc...

The website says it opens at 9:00...but in reality it is 10:00.I had to kill a lot of time waiting.Other than that...just fine.
