My husband and I went in today and were dreading the experience. We had both been Verizon customers for 15+ years and were ready to shop around for a change from not great service and expensive bills. We were met by Benito and he made our experience switching carriers completely stress free. Benito's customer service was outstanding, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly throughout the entire experience. We walked away extremely satisfied with two new phones, two new watches, as new T-Mobile customers. The store was also very clean. Thank you Benito!

This is year 6 since I switched from another carrier to T-Mobile. When I was attempting to switch, I noted that there was a store not to far from where I lived. DISGUSTING, DISGRACEFUL SERVICE in that store! But I’d remembered seeing another close by a Starbucks’s further down Okeechobee Blvd. Store number 7832, located at 1900 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, Florida. I went in & was treated like a princess not like dog poop. A very far cry from the other store. In this T-Mobile, I was treated with exemplary professionalism, courtesy & RESPECT. My credit is shot from too much medical debt…yet these incredible representatives treated me with DIGNITY & made me feel like I had plenty of value. I was finally able to get a cellphone & begin to build up credit worthiness within this amazingly kind, T-Mobile Family. Well it’s 6 years later & I’m still going to this wonderful store & it’s amazingly kind people. Representatives who CARE no matter who you are, nor what your budget is. They CARE ABOUT YOU & HELPING YOU. Pretty great huh? You’ve no idea! Today I traded all the way up to an iPhone14ProMax! I’m excited because up until now, there was little way for me to do this. But because of T-Mobile offering Autopay & going from JumpOnDemand to Financing, I’m now the proud owner of this beautiful Apple device. A very long way from the Revv phone I’d initially started out with 6 years ago. My point? PLEASE SWITCH TO T-MOBILE at 1900 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach, Florida! The VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of ANY STORE OUT HERE. I also was able to get my new phone a screen protector as well as Otterbox to keep it safe in case of it falling. (Always a great idea when you’ve got a mischievously, playful kitty running around!). REMEMBER! THIS T-MOBILE IS THE BEST STORE TO GO ABOVE & BEYOND FOR IT’S CUSTOMERS. You have to love that!

Renel was INCREDIBLE!!! I had a situation where my phone screen had froze and he helped me set up my new phone and made the entire process so quick and easy!!! Definitely recommend going to him at this location! Thank you Renel!!

As soon as you walk in the door you receive a friendly welcome. Non of that "sign in we'll get to you as soon as we can." The rep who assisted me, Carolyn, was very knowledgeable about the available offers and which plan would best fit my needs. She went above and beyond and I am very satisfied that I switched carriers!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Carelann at the T-Mobile store on Okeechobee Blvd, and I can't express enough how impressed I was with her exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that Carelann was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and understanding.

I had come in with my loving 78-year-old, somewhat grumpy father to port a number from another cell phone carrier. Needless to say, I was concerned about how smoothly the process would go given my father's reluctance to embrace change and leave his existing cell phone provider. However, Carelann's professionalism and friendly demeanor put our worries to rest almost instantly.

What stood out the most during our interaction was Carelann's remarkable patience. She took the time to listen attentively as I explained our needs and the reason for our visit. Carelann's ability to grasp the situation quickly and accurately was truly impressive. She then proceeded to guide us through the porting process with the utmost grace and expertise.

Carelann's attention to detail was impeccable. She ensured that all the necessary paperwork was completed correctly, making the transition seamless and hassle-free.

Moreover, Carelann's ability to communicate complex technical information in a simple and understandable manner made the entire process so much easier for my father. She patiently answered all of our questions, alleviating any concerns we had, and making us feel at ease with his new device and plan.

In addition to her technical expertise, Carelann's warm and friendly personality created a welcoming atmosphere in the store. It's not every day that you encounter someone in the customer service industry who genuinely cares about their customers' needs, but Carelann is undoubtedly an exception.

Thanks to Carelann's outstanding customer service, what could have been a stressful and frustrating experience turned into a pleasant and memorable one and I was able to catch my return flight. She went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and left us feeling valued as customers.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Carelann and T-Mobile's customer service enough. Her dedication to her role, her remarkable patience, and her ability to handle even the most challenging customers with grace and professionalism are truly commendable. Super helpful employees had a technical issue with my phone and instead of having them make me wait forever the guy stopped what he was doing to tell me try the geek squad at Best buy for technical questions on your phone I went there they saw my problem within 5 minutes thank you T-Mobile.

Went to this store on Monday they were extremely busy with several people waiting. I was greeted by a young man named Shawn he was so nice and was very helpful he explained they was short staffed and told me they were a little behind and someone would be with me as soon as possible but if I had any questions he would do his best to help me. I had several questions and he took the time to answer them all and made sure I understood the new phone my son had gotten me and everything I asked him. I have been here many times and gotten pretty good service but how nice and helpful Shawn was to me this location has gained a customer for life. Highly recommend shawn and this store.

I was a Sprint customer and had to get an upgrade phone Saturday w/T-Mobile. Went to this location and was pleasantly surprised with exceptional customer service I received from Willie, Karla and Sydney. Willie greeted me at the door to add me to the roster for the CS team. He was very nice, and organized. He got me w/a CS rep (Karla) w/only a 10 min wait. Karla was awesome very easy to talk with, explained everything in layman terms, and just overall very professional and Knowledgeable about everything T-Mobile. It was an unexpected delight dealing with her. Sydney worked w/Karla and made my experience even better by getting me a great promotional deal, where I don't have to pay for the phone I upgraded too...Nice! I really love the team at this location, and will only go here w/any T-Mobile needs i may have. It was really the best experience I've ever had at a cellphone store...EVER! The store was very clean, staff followed CDC guidelines, I felt safe. Thanks so much guys, T-Mobile is sooo lucky to have you all on their Team...you All rock!
