I would like to shoutout the cashier Kim for helping me today. She went above and beyond from getting me my discount for Sephora when I was returning my Amazon package, to walking me over to Sephora and getting my birthday gift that I never got. She was so helpful and happy to assist me. It’s people like this who make a difference in retail and made my mood great for the rest of the day, so thank you, Kim!

I really like Kohls. I went to Sephora today and YASMIN really went out of her way to find me something that was not on display!! She actually went to see if they had one on another floor, and they had it. WOW, so nice to find a person that likes the customer!! A+ in every way!! Unfortunately they have another person in Sephora that has a bad attitude and I found her very rude!! She made me feel as though I was bothering her!!
Checking out a young lady NIL was fantastic. Friendly, personable and professional!! Rewards are great too!!

I went into the Bedford NH Kohls and was pleasantly surprised to seeing all associates with smiles and greeting everyone they saw. It was a refreshing change from other retail stores who may want follow their example for a better shopping experience.

The Bedford kohl’s is neatly organized and regularly picked up so it is easy to find what you are looking for. It has many friendly workers throughout the store. My favorite place to shop!

I went in the store just to buy underwear for my husband. Found it right away. I compared several brands, chose the one that had buy one, get second half price. Good quality products. Cashier was competent & friendly.

Bedford NH store was excellent: large selection, well stocked, friendliest associate @ checkout.

Pleasantly surprised that everything I needed was in stock & in the sizes I needed. Store was clean & neat. Hannah, at checkout, was so personable & friendly.

It is a pleasure to shop in this store. Check out lines are short and fast. Neat and clean.

You can really tell the employees work hard to keep a welcoming and clean environment. Great customer service. I had some trouble looking for the kids section of the store, and AJ guided me to the right place right away. Keep up the good work y’all!!

Customer service desk is super helpful never had a bad experience and they are super helpful. Parking is easy in and out. The store itself is like any other khols in regards to there being so much to see you literally spend 2+hrs there shopping before you even think about cashing out. It's always clean here to. Clearance racks are usually a mess but you'll find there anywhere you go.

Love them. Only downside is you are forced to remember to bring the coupon with you or the prices are to high, but the quality on everything I've purchased so far is awesome. And now that I have figured out how to find my kohl's wallet I don't have to worry about missing the deals!!

The cashier was so nice. Asked if we had our friends and family coupon....we didn’t. She scanned one at the register and gave us 10% off our sale items. I love Kohl’s!

Great place for all the family's needs in clothing, shoes, kitchen essentials bedding, toys and more! I always grab the coupon emails on my Kohls card ap and save more than I spend sometimes. Always great customer service. Our favorite store to shop!!!

I needed an overhaul on jeans. I went through the Clearance section and....JACKPOT! It's hard to find jeans that fit. It was clean, the employee was extra sweet and helpful. I also picked up an online order.
